    Loving this video, I am a international food cook and Indian food is one if my favorites. I only know how to make one indian drink so this helps me out alot on various drinks to serve when I cook an Indian meal. Thank you for the video.

      It is nannari syrup from nannari root.
      Hemidesmus indicus, Indian sarsaparilla or vetiver 👍

    I'm from TN. I think neermor recipe is wrong...after you took butter from the curd it becomes more..then add some water with flavours of curry leaves, coriander leaves, crushed ginger and chilly pieces with salt. Let it sit for 5minutes to more get the flavour. Drink in day time to hyderate ur body and cool down the body heat
