Sambhar was actually created by sambhaji mharaj, so it's origin is maharashtrian (I am not from maharastra), but I didn't knew there are so many versions of it. I love sweetened rice ,dosa & idli most from Tamilnadu.
It would. Be nice if you guys could rather say .. “ Indian” then narrowing down to Tamil. Am from Kerala and we also have dosha and idlis for breakfast, and of course the wheat, chamba.. ragi.. puttu.. appam.. patthiri.. etc. But still I would say am Indian and Indians have the best cuisine.

We 90s kids feel we are the most luckiest , as we have enjoyed such traditional lifestyle during our childhood days... going to Grandma's house.. and having seen elders using those traditional equipment.. playing among trees.. making chutney of leaves while playing with those equipment called as "ammikkallu".. Honestly, your channel randomly popped up on my homepage, and this reminds me of my childhood. I used to live in a house like this with my grandma and aunties. This is the type of kitchen we had, my grandma cooked for five families when my aunties helped her do the kitchen chores. We didn’t have mixer grinder, we too used equipments made from solid rock. Everything in this video made me travel back to my childhood and not gonna lie it brought tears to my face. Love what you’re doing akka. I’m subscribed to you now. I want to see more of this. Honestly, your channel randomly popped up on my homepage, and this reminds me of my childhood. I used to live in a house like this with my grandma and aunties. This is the type of kitchen we had, my grandma cooked for five families when my aunties helped her do the kitchen chores. We didn’t have mixer grinder, we too used equipments made from solid rock. Everything in this video made me travel back to my childhood and not gonna lie it brought tears to my face. Love what you’re doing akka. I’m subscribed to you now. I want to see more of this.
