I have a 1943 copper penny it's double dated and it has a two over the three but the three underneath the two is very clear I would make this a 1943 right. And where can I go where I can hand somebody a little verify it right in front of me its something I don't want to put in the mail

Does the value change if the AM is touching? No just close, byt the letters meet together? Im going through a roll I just picked up from convince store and have found 2 with them touching. I looked under 60x magnification.
I do have a 1998 regular strike where the AM is actually as close as possible and the 1998 and the 8 seems broader and about where the lower part of the 8 seems the bottom part o seems to be slightly blurred on its right bottom side as is struck harder and wider. Does it sound like an error coin
Yeah I don't think there is another like my ride the lightning dime... appears to be a shattered planchette... not raised, grooved! That's a cracked up planchette but I know nothing

It is not = to copper clad in the middle of 1982. It is called a "transitional year". For 82 there are actually 8 different Lincoln penny varieties. 4 are clad and 4 are copper. Very interesting year.x
