- Kintaro came in a hurry when he noticed that Gentaro and Momotaro were together.
Kintaro hit Momotaro's head and body while Momotaro was playing with Gentaro.
Momotaro is only playing with Gentaro, but Kintaro seemed to enjoy playing with them.

⭐️モモタロウ Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
momotaro was born at Ueno zoo in Tokyo on jul.3,2000 and came to our zoo on Oct.18,2010.
He is beautiful and handsome ,the silverback of our troop.
He is a little timid,and scared of new things.
He sometimes shows lovely behaviors that melt our hearts.
He is making efforts to be a good dad for his two sons.
⭐️ゲンキ Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Genki was born at our zoo on Jun,24,1986.
After mating with several males without a pregnancy she found her perfect partner Momotaro.
Now she is a loving and caring mom for her two sons.
She sometimes behaves boldly,yet she can also be sensitive.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️ゲンタロウ Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at our zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
Everyone immediately agrees that he is a very adorable boy.
⭐️キンタロウ Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at our zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.
He love to play by himself,with his father.
He is still small, but smart and strong-willed.
His cute appearance and behavior attract everyone's interest.

キンタロウったらどさくさ紛れて😄モモタロウは実際見たらかなり大きくてびっくりしました‼️さすがシルバーバック❗️✌️といった感じ😄
I love this video. The little guy jumping up and down all excited patting his dads head lightly like he is really beating him up and the other brother is doing the best he can!!! Mom standing close by making sure her babies don't get hurt. Great family.

Love Momotaro interacting with Gentaro. They were have a fun time. Kintaro was hitting Dad like " leave my big brother alone" great to see the boys together. Momotaro can move fast for a big guy. Gentaro is fearless. Taking on Momotaro is quite an adventure. Watching dad interact with his sons was a rare act to see. Enjoyed this video. Kintaro of course had to join in the fun. He too will grow up to be a silverback back one day. Good video.
Momotaro is pretty happy! Its nice to see him surrounded by his sons because he spent a long time of his youth alone in other zoo without other gorillas to play with him

The videos when they are playing are the best, whether they are playing with each other or the zookeeper, i could watch all day. I love how Momo doesn't try to dominate every time, he frequently plays the subordinate and runs away so that Gentaro can pretend he's the dominant male. I always say this but I'm amazed at how fast and agile that are running around on those narrow beams. Olympic gymnasts couldn't do better on a balance beam than gorillas. Especially hard to imagine a 400 pound gymnasts do better than mighty Momo 10 feet above the ground.

Eventually the boys will go to a different enclosure or zoo. When they become mature males, it will go against their social system to keep them around their parents. Gorillas either hang out as a group of mature males, or one male with one or more wives and their babies.
