Hi Samantha, thank you for the video, I was also struggling trying to set up wifi with the app but got it working thank you to your suggestion. I have been using the catlink auto scooper which has been great, it also had the same issue. After setting up the feeder, I go back into the app settings and turn off all locations bluetooth, local network access etc, seems like its just something that they need at set up times. The other challenge I have been having is getting the machine to read the tag properly, the cat will need to bend down for it to be scanned and its quite difficult to get it right..
@@SamanthaRoseKing A bit of an update! Turned out the tag just needs to hover above to work! As long as the tag is dangling downwards, then the feeder picks it up
Hi Samantha. I watched your video but I am still waiting for the review. The Catlink AI Feeder-One works well for two cats controlling the amount of food each of them take? Why did you say that the tag it's the greatest downfall?

Mine finally connected when I turneed on full location sharing (not ideal OR necessary for a petfood dispenser!)
