Love the drop block, I like one more block in width so you have 3 pieced blocks to frame the half/solid blocks. This is a really beautiful quilt for a baby quilt, looks like it goes up fast.
I'm normally not much of a "pink fan", but I thought it looked the best for the border. I love poka dots, but it overwhelmed the quilt. Whatever color border you decide on, it will be a great quilt.
The orange for the string beans and the half drop for your layer cake quilt. Thank you for all the ideas and options that you showing every day!
I like the pink for the string bean quilt. I think it makes the quilt pop. Like teal but it just seems to blend into the quilt
The quilt drop is great! And I like the teal, but I really love the yellow! If you can find enough yellow, I think that is by far the best.
I liked the orange as a border fabric and lived the drop block for your quilt day quilt. Wow an awesome idea for combining quilt day with the Ukraine relief drive.
My vote is between orange or blue - both add to your quilt without taking the focus away from your quilt. The shifting of the blocks will also add more interest. Wrapping it in the navy will add a coziness to your quilt. I'm telling & sharing with everyone about your fundraiser to help support the people of Ukraine. I like the blue. The quilt is so colorful that it gives your eye a place to rest.
I like the aqua color for border. It brought a calming effect when viewing all the blocks together.
Fabrics sometimes come together in scrappy quilts, don’t obsess over it. ♥️ just enjoy. The drop block is good 👍.
The half drop give more definition to the plus signs. Beautiful.
I started cutting out a Tula string bean quilt Friday. Finished sewing 30 blocks yesterday & laying it out today. It will be a graduation quilt for a great niece.
Love the orange or blue strip. Either, pulls all the quilt together and centers the eye on the quilt.
I liked the blue border strip. The blocks are very cute, but busy. The blue doesn't distract from the blocks, yet is complementary and soothing. It's just my opinion.
I really like the blue/teal. Softer with all the strong colors. Love your plus blocks. Love the dark background. Wow you half drop is so cool.

Blue blends and goes best. It complements and doesn’t shout, "Look at me."
I like the aqua best. Then the pink. Orange is ok. I just think the polka dot overwhelms the quilt. Love the quilt.
The blue was more peaceful and lets the quilt shine.
The best thing is knowing you will make the best choice and it will be ready to show quickly enough so we can remember all the choices you had in your thought process. I have learned so much from you-mainly don’t make up your mind first and refuse to consider other options. “We can (and should) do hard things!

The black and white polk dot is best for your string quilt.
I like either the blue or the pink for the border on String Bean mainly because its softer and lets the colorful blocks still be "the show". I vote drop block on the Saturday in Paris blocks.

String Bean Quilt looks great! Teal or Orange for the border. Dots are a bit overpowering. Love the half drop on your plus quilt! The Be My Neighbor Quilt makes me think of Mr. Rogers and when my children were little. Now, they are adults and I have 3 grandchildren. Time went by too fast!

I like the blue border. Your quilt is busy enough so it doesn’t detract from the main quilt. I like the staggered plus signs. More interesting.

I love the pink option! But I always like wht you choose. Love the pattern, too. I thought I had too much going on to do this one, but I'm leaning toward bteaking down and getting out my scraps for a string bean quilt!

I definitely prefer the half drop on the crosses quilt.
I like a white or cream in between the string bean and square boarders. Whatever you choose will be lovely! Yes on the half drop! Be Well

The orange brings out the yellows and greens. Blue brought out the blues and pink really didn’t highlight any particular color. It depends on what you want to highlight. My vote is for the orange. Good luck, Pat.

Ginger to me is her hair color...I like the half drop as well, instead of backgrounds, do half of the block, and use the other half on another part of the quilt, to make it look a little better...I am gonna make this one forsure...

black and white polka dot, definitely! there are several others already sewn that are the same placed close together. But you really have to look. Don't sweat those too close!! I like the half drop!
Really love the "drop block" look, Pat. An added benefit is that the darker floral fabric is easier to see when dropped! What a neat idea!

The half drop is the winner in my book. I think I prefer the borders that read more solid over the polka dot.

The drop block looks great. On the String Beans, I really like the pink, Normally I am all about the blue but the pink compliments the blocks and makes a nice transition to the next border.
When you said, "Ginger!," I immediately thought of Ginger on 'Gilligan's Island'! But usually, I think of the spice. One of my mother's sisters had red hair that was a lovely auburn by the time I knew her. Two of her kids were also redheads. My mom always hoped one of us would have red hair, but the closest she got was my sister who was/is a lovely strawberry blonde. However! Our fourth child was a red head. When he was in elementary school, when people would say something about his red hair, he would tell them, "My hair is not red - it is orange!" And true, it was quite orange. His daughter has lovely strawberry blonde hair, that is getting more strawberry as she is getting older. And you will notice, the word 'ginger' is never used as a descriptive word in our family. I like the Aqua strip for the boarder. It doesn't complete with the other colors. It blends very well. Good Luck

My gramma was a red-head and I have two sisters with red hair. I don’t remember hearing ‘ginger’ in reference to red hair until recently but either way love all the red heads!! The SLOColor is my favorite quilt along.

The half drop makes it your own and looks very interesting. make a block a little longer and chop it in half so it fits the dropped space
