Heimerdinger died , but he's fine his species can't die and just respawn back in his original home bandle city. So he's either in that timelines bandle city or he's back in regular bandle city
If all you know is Arcane you would think Piltover and Zaun is a huge part of the world, but it's actually on of the smaller regions. 90+% likely the next region is Noxus. With multiple Noxus Champions shown or teased in Act 3.
