Good match that could have gone either way. Radacanu's WTA Ranking is high based purely on her U.S. open success. In reality she is probably a top 50 player which in itself is extraordinary since she came out of nowhere 9 months ago. Nothing wrong with her game or her potential. Just needs experience and the improvements that come with practice and hard work

lol nothing special on her. she is just overhyped. i think she will slide down to 150 rank this year. WTA ranking really sucks I will see her as 100 player throughout her career. Thats why I saw from her gameplay she doesnt look like a 13th player or even a 50 player.
That US open must be the luckiest draw. She should treasure it coz I don't see her winnning again in 10-15 years.

Radacanu will be outside the top 50 by October. Maybe even the top 100. She can hit good shots but she can't win matches, and that's what it's ultimately all about. All players go through a period when they get found out, and usually that's before they win a major. Emma happened to win a slam first with some good play and a large slice of luck.
