They already do in some landscapes but some not allowed due to attendent of probation staff on the job example cat4 nonces being told to pick up rubbish near schools or accessible to younger people on the scene
Plus probation is designed to reduce hours of sentence whole thing is a joke as heavy crims can do it before sentences to look good to the judge via defence on day of court instead of jail
I used to work for probation quit because its far too stressing dealing with people who are clueless and think prison and jail and crime from beating up people is a badge or some stardom, Since many been flying in and out for years, Nonces and the rest selling drugs shit way of thinking but that's the uk for you too soft either stick you in a council flat, dole, ymca long as you pay your bills required to keep mps incomes topped up

Morning George. Thank you for the video. It's surprising what's hidden away but in plain sight. I remember the Aigburth Vale subway as my nana used to take me through it when we headed to Otterspool Prom from Mossley Hill. I seem to remember toilets in the subway with the attendant having a little office with curtains up.🙂

I lived in Gt Homer Street until 1985 , I never went / used these routes around the Kingsway Tunnel. Pedestrians avoid them and prefer alternative surface routes even if it means crossing a busy toad with no Zebras.
I moved to Bricklayers Arms in central London which is dominated by a flyover and huge roundabout between five roads. Pedestrians could navigate via subways which went through the island of the roundabout. Nobody used them., but dodged the traffic at surface. At last traffic lights with crossings were put in, but only in 2010, some 60 years after the junction was built. In 2013 the subways were filled in.

Thanks for this lad. Breaks my heart what the government did to the ‘North End,’ with the ‘slum clearances,’ from Gerard Gardens/Holy Cross right down Scotland Road and Vauxhall Road. Whole communities and families ripped apart and flung out to Kirkby, all over.
My family, like the majority of this area first settled here when we ‘came off the boat’ 🇮🇪 🍀 yet we kept the ways.
I’m glad I got to experience it as a kid in the early 90s with my aul ones, big change even then but not as desolate now.
Lived in London years now but you can’t beat the carry on or the ways 💔

Eldon Grove should have been done up and preserved. I remember going to London once, and walking round old council flat's, they'd put planter's everywhere, and made a communal allotment. It looked very gentrified, council's waste too much money, knocking everything down and building crap. My father was born on Scotland Road.

I think there are parts of the north of the city are left to deteriorate that you don’t see so much in the south of Liverpool. I know the council has limited funds following years of government cuts and this may be the reason the more affluent areas are managed better that areas like this on Scotland Road. Its not fair on the council taxpayers who live in these areas.

Hi George. Just seen your ‘Buzz’ video and I only went there once but it wasn’t for me so we all ventured to other places but got somethings to mention about wavertree as possibly a short compilation video. On Picton Road/ Sandown lane junction a shop called ‘Reloved’ I think it’s called that well up by the bedroom window very near the corner is a metal bracket that I’ve read about and it could be a remnant left behind from the old Tram days as it may of been part of the overhead electric cables. Also on picton road behind the library is the old ‘Wash house’that’s still there, looks like a big conservatory but reckon you need permission to enter it. In the mystery there is what possibly is a big cast iron box water point next to a telegraph pole along Grant Avenue, it’s inside the fence of the park, it’s got an emblem of possibly Neptune or posiedon on it. Also entrance into the park from grant avenue on your left is a big possibly oak tree with a commemorative plaque either at the bottom of it or next to it. There used to be a house in the mystery opposite the Blue coat school but never found any remains of it, possibly a vicarage for the church opposite but when you walk along prince alfred road the kerb lowers into an old entrance into the park possibly to get to the house. Also there’s the old toilets opposite the Abbey cinema next to picton clock where permission might be needed for access. Along Lawrence Road opposite wellington avenue is a very short road called Wilkie Street, on the floor in between the paving stones is an old Iron Gutter that’s still works today for drainage. There are derelict toilets off wellington road, as you enter the mystery to your right is where they are but in a bad state and I don’t know how you are for venturing onto live railways but opposite Rexmore Way on wellington road is where the entrance was to the old railway station up above. There is a door slightly ajar at the moment and once through there it’s upwards on a rubble mound, I think it’s fenced off now but it wasn’t when I went up there and once up there the old platform for getting on and off was there when I ventured up there years ago. Hope that helps for a little compilation. Ste 👍

There's an awesome boarded up building in Aigburth I'd love to explore if you'd ever fancy joining me. My mate I used to explore with in London can't get up much, so my passion for urbex is currently under lock & key because it can be dangerous alone. I'm 43, have hard hat & steel toe cap boot's if there's any little groups you know I could join? I looked at 28 days later but seems hard to meet like minded people. In fairness to the Council, Liverpool is huge, so ground maintenance everywhere costs and absolute fortune and as you mentioned next to nobody uses those paths. However, those tunnels had lights that worked so the Council does maintain those. Yet as with everything, the rubbish is largely down to people who are too ignorant or bloody lazy to use a bin, their total disrespect for the areas they live in always blights any area.
These should be fined as litter wardens are needed, I am sure the treat of losing money would be enough to make them think again!
