I could see an upside down carry on LBE; attach with that bottom loop, then secure to strap with rigger's tape.

Interesting looking knife. Were they intended to be inexpensive or did the company in Pakistan just make them cheaply? A new edition with the same handle and better quality on the rest of it would be a nice knife to have and use.
I believe they were inexpensive, but he got local quotes, who I believe intended to outsource, which I don't believe he intended.
