Drinking water any time is not a problem. South indians make kanji which is mostly rice 25p and water 75 percent. So water doesn't cause any problems in digestion. This was staple food long back

Namaste Anuradhaji, Natural shampoo made at home is the best way to maintain healthy and shiny hair. This shampoo contains of amla, aritha, shikakai in water. Wash it with this shampoo and dry it under sun or quick dry it by wrapping the towel. Do not apply mehendi or any such products on your hair and also avoid combing your hair when they are wet. Instead, comb your hair when they are dry. Try to back comb the hair atleast 50 times. Yours in Yoga.

Warm water*. Warm water will keep the tract warm enough for digestion. Cold water will do the exact opposite

For removing sunscreen
Use cleansing balm. It does not harm skin. You can try earth rhythm pumpkin cleansing gel 😊
