One time I was at the Nicklecade on Redwood Road in Utah. It was $5 to enter the arcade (which had everything) and every game was a nickle after entry. There were a few people taking turns on Cruisn' the World. It was one of my favorites at the time. I had read in a gaming magazine that the trick to doing well in racing games was to focus on where the road meets the horizon and that steering around obstacles would become much smoother. I had been doing this for a while and got very good at the game. Anyway, I played through the game with the Volkswagon and got a pretty good score. When I entered my name on the high scores screen, I started to hear a bunch of murmurs around me. Turns out I had become a legend without knowing it. The top 3 high scores were mine and all of the people taking turns on Cruisn' the World were trying to beat my high score. It was only after I entered my name that they realized I was the person they were trying to beat. Additionally, they were all surprised that I got the top 3 high scores using the Volkswagon. One guy told me that he had been trying to beat my high score for a week using every different car. It was an interesting and amusing experience.
you have lowered the difficulty and it shows, in the maximum difficulty it is impossible to crash more than 2 times and win without using manual transmission, also your rivals always collide when you go behind, that is typical of the lowest difficulty at the africa level you crash too many times and still the cpu does the impossible to favor you
I remember the old school arcade game I was a little kid I played this old school race from peter piper pizza in the past 🏎
