❤ Thank you so much, Dr. Davis! I started your l. reuteri addition and it is completing the final piece of my auto immune "trip" with Dermatomyositis, which I was told would never go away and I would be forever tethered to Methotrexate and Prednisone. I have stopped this life and energy thief with all the protocols you and other forward thinking people are speaking about with amazing success. I hope others take your advice and reap the benefits. ❤ (Also, I actually can achieve a consistent 100* F temp in my stove with a 60 watt incandescent bulb in a light socket extension!)
I also eat a whole food diet. . No sugars, no grains or wheat or processed foods. I feel like I am in thirties and I am 66 years old.
I remember as a child my mother often giving me this pink, bubblegum flavored, liquid prescription medicine, that I loved the taste of, when I was sick. It was antibiotics. I had major gut issues (diarrhea and severe gut pain) as a child, teen, and young adult. Doctor said it was “growing pains” I suppose because they figured I was too young for it to be anything serious. I ended up with gallbladder removal at 18yrs old and appendix removal at 23.
i remember that pink medicine
I had that Medicine too! I now have Crohn's.
@@EmptyNesterWellnessSociety
They checked me for Crohn’s during my appendectomy because I have 2 aunts with Crohn’s. Thankfully they said I didn’t have it, but I have been diagnosed with diverticulosis, enterocolitis, and acute pancreatitis at different times throughout my life. Just gut problem after gut problem.
@thetruth2230 so frustrating to know now that it all could have been avoided!
Amen!!! You are preaching TRUTH!!!
Thank you for ALL that you do. You have changed and improved and saved so many lives! 🎉
I am so glad that my mother would tell the pediatrician years ago, that I was allergic to amoxicillin. It gave me a little tummy ache but that was enough for me to list in on my allergy page every since. 👍 It's the highly processed foods that I didn't fully understand starting as a teenager. I am glad that this information is being made available. Thank you.
Me two!!🎉
Having some L reuteri snack with berries. Thank you for sharing. My skin is so soft.
L Reuteri took away my life long craving for ice cream. That is a miracle.
@@TrueSelfWalkAway I just noticed when I ate a small amount of sauerkraut this week that it took away my sweet tooth cravings… good stuff
Thank you, Dr. Davis. That was excellent information. Very well presented.
Love you frome Gemany, you are such a gift for all the suffering persons, i read your books, make yoghurt , and where can i buy in germany your amazin produktes ?
The Seed probiotic now lists all the strains. So knowing what's actually in it, wondering how you feel about it now?
I am so excited, I can't wait to get this made. I have purchased the inulin and have 3.5 billion reuteri caps, can you please tell me the recipe of how many reuteri caps should I use to make a batch and what to buy to add in the collagen, hyaluronic acid and astaxanthin please? Or should I just take the reuteri seperately?
You would be a multi billionaire if you put all this knowledge into a capsule containing the 40 bill l.reuteri, the 120mg hyaluronic acid, multitype marine hydrolyzed collagen peptides. 🙏
I am 66 year old woman. I definitely can see the changes in my skin after only 2 weeks eating three l Reuteri yogurt. :-)
The same issues in Europe. People dont eat anymore bone broth, brain, tongue, organs. I sell capsules with grass fed ingredients. I use both capsules and eating brain and others...
A lot of discussion about skin and sebum with no discussion on Acne affects. Clearly the pH affects acne but sebum production? Please comment
What about applying Castor Oil to your skin...face and otherwise? Doesn't it penetrate better than other oils?
I use it nightly , my skin is like butter ahaha !
@@14134-ado you apply it on its own or mix it with other carrier?
@@jpham87Alone (I use it too, even on my feet, and I also add some to my homemade body butter).
If seberrohic dermatitis can be caused by an overproduction of Sebum -- if one is already struggling with scalp issues -- could taking Lactobacillus reuteri be detrimental?
I was gonna ask as well. because I also deal with that myself. I'm hopeful that L. Beaturi will help me with this
U r amazing!
Can you comment specifically on Acne and Gut. I know in Super Gut one of the strains (Also repeated here) supposedly increased sebum which seems to be questionable with acne.....
For acne, a major cause and contributor of that is simply carbs and sugar. Also wheat, grains, and any breads increases your glucose levels. Avoid all this and you’ll be amazed how your skin clears up.
Not sure but endotoximia seems like it could cause acne not necessarily the sebum?
Dr Davis are you familiar with the recent hypothesis that Autism is an Oxytocin deficiency?
where an I find the daily dose of the advised marine collagen, HA and carotenoids please
Bulk Barn has marine collegen. Expensive compared to the cow stuff. But next time I am near one, 3 hour drive, I think I will get some. Amazon has the other stuff.
I have made the yogurt, and it is delicious. My problem is that it irritates my face skin, rosaesea. I was using the ultra pasteurized cow milk. Any advice?
you might have sibo and need to address that issue first.
Try using whole milk A2 organic milk
My rosacea was cured by a long water fast.
Fasting For Survival Lecture ~ Dr. Pradip Jamnadas
The recipe says to use half and half.
You can make seed-based yogurts by blending a nut/seed like hemp, macadamia, almond, walnut, pecan + water, add probiotics, and let cultivate at room temp for a few hours. Raw foods that are still alive contain enzymes that heated cow milk does not.
Thank you thankyou thank you 😂 ❤
I noticed Hyaluronic Acid is made from Wheat. Does this make a difference? Is it still safe to use?
I’m pretty sure he said there is no plant source of hyalouric acid
Come on! Obvious photo shop of Missy! Dr. Davis' skin looks amazing tho.
You don’t know that. Ignorance
I’m new to making the yogurt my fished product thick on the top and really water underneath do I just stir it up or do I use heavier cream I use 10% half and half kids has a bit of a soar taste at the end give my the shits later on through the day is this normal ?
First batch will separate but use the first batch culture to start 2nd batch
Plus, does no one eat regular yogurt? All yogurt gets SOME whey separation!!!
@@deetaylor6869 yea there is always a small amount of liquid even on the perfect delicious batches. I drink it at the end as it still has microbes
@ yes, stir it in there as well. It’s the whey and it’s way good!
@ Im making my first batch of the yogurt with the 3 strains, this time I pre heated the half and half to 105°f first to see if that mitigates the separation on the first batches.
Dr.Davis what's with the Devil Statue over your left shoulder ?
Yes, creepy and speaks to one character
Just noticed that is Pan the Goat god that loves kids. He is not good!
I've been eating the l reuteri yogurt for a few months and honestly I can't see any difference in anything, especially my bowel movements.
Try making the sibo yogurt made with three specific strains. And clean up your diet. I’ve been doing these and added collagen and find body wide changes and improvements. We always have to keep making adjustments. Detoxing is also important. You can do it. 😊
@@HealthCoach-TaiChiGung All I eat is fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy. I thought I was eating a clean diet. I have had the yogurt you suggest, but only for a short while.
@@HealthCoach-TaiChiGung What collagen do you use?
The sugar in fruits, vegetables and dairy😅 may also be slowing things down a bit. Research the effects that certain foods may cause and find what works best for you. Have a good one
I only eat my L Reuteri and SIBO on an empty stomach or with a little herbal tea.
Great video but the after image of the 60 year old lady is definitely blurred and it’s very obvious 🤦🏼♀️ that doesn’t give an honest look at changes, if there were any.
hi doctor ,one thing no one has covered is why arnt we mapping the microbiome of the blue zones, starting with the 110 and going down to say 90 years old.these people are a tresure trove and dying every year ,they could have some microbiome thats making them live over 100. i was just watching that netflicks blue zone and a guy was over 100 and riding a horse, just a total freak, has to be his microbiome ??????????????????????????????????? lets mad it patent it and i will buy it off you
Acne is the most common skin condition in the United States, affecting up to 50 million Americans annually--- Not mentioned
I'm 7 weeks into the 3 part yogurt plan. I added milk keifer with grains, then added the keifer to the yogurt to cut down on the carbs. Next I added Sugar Shift to the yogurt. I'm fermenting and eating small amounts of veggies. My glucose is through the roof. How long do I play with fire before I go back to carnivore? At least I could keep my glucose close to 100 eating that way though my A1C never got below 7.1? I'm not able to take Metformin. It makes my veins bleed just under my skin surface.
I lost 137# on Wheat Belly Total Health and it saved my heart. Then I became diabetic and can't seem to get it under control no matter what I do. I could care less about my skin. I'm trying to save my own life. Why why why can I not just go to the doctor and get some real help with this? You are right, modern medicine sucks.
you follow the wheat belly diet, yet you add GRAINS to milk keifer? keep better track of all the carbs and sugar you are eating, including milk
Hi. Sorry to hear you’re struggling. Perhaps Berberine instead of Metformin. Also, for fermenting dairy, I use A2 Half and Half (less sugar). I will also be using Sugar Shift as soon as it arrives.
@@janicegriff71 Kefir grains. They're the bacteria that make the kefir. It's better than powder.
