As well as break any law they please. Most states and their municipalities NO longer allow interment on private or commercial properties, unless of course it's a property specifically designated as a cemetery.

I had and have spontaneously a hard time believing that Ivana actually fell down the stairs, and that it was an accident. She used to be athletic, a professional skier. 74 is not old. I just found all this out and don't know what to feel. My four older brothers in Georgia wanted to cremated my mother when she past away, my mom never wanted to be cremated, she wanted to be buried up here in New Jersey with her husband. They were very much in love but my four older brothers didn't care. I immediately had her brought up here and gave her the burial she wanted, she wanted to be buried with my dad and I made sure to honor that last wish of hers, apparently my brothers wanted to save money and didn't even fly up for her funeral. I thought that was the worst, not anymore after hearing about this, how awful can a human being be, I hope I live long enough to see Karma catching up to all of them one day !

It's not just for the taxes. There is also a law in N.J. that they can't seize a property if there is a cemetary on the grounds.
It also means, under NJ law, that the property can't be seized because a family member is buried there, which may be more important to Trump than the tax break.

One person buried on a property does not make a cemetery. It has to be open for burial. BUT, in this case, Trump will be very selective of who gets buried there. I don't think a cemetery can be used as a golf course at the same time.

Not to defend Trump (🤮) but I remember hearing somewhere that you have to wait a few months before erecting big heavy structures. I think it’s because fresh graves still have loose soil, which causes big marble slabs to sink into the ground. So they have to wait until the soil naturally gets packed tight again before they can put up a heavy stone monument or whatever. Of course, it’s possible you’re right, and Trump has no plans to spend another dime on Ivana’s grave!

There's a big difference between operating a cemetery and only one family member being buried someplace. Also, I'm willing to bet mango mussolini never checked the zoning laws before doing this and while an exemption for a family member may be granted, it isnt running a cemetery.

In PA, you have to get county? approval to bury a body on property that is not a cemetery. Who approved ?needed? permits for Ivana's grave? Mausoleum to be built later?
