Chef AJ, you eat a lot of Kale and I think you said you had a problem with your Thyroid. I was told that most Thyroid pills have issues with Kate. Also, do you have more Instant Pot recipes in your new book? I am waiting for your new book so I can order both at at the same time as shipping is expensive here in Canada. I am going to order the 3 quart instant pot so I can take it when I travel. Loving your shows.

Yes, the Beyond Burger actually made me sick when I tried it- was coughing uncontrollably. But I guess that oil bomb is better than eating a real burger for the meat eaters out there that may be transitioning. But for me as a vegan who eats like AJ eats, Beyond Burger is just gross.
