      Hi there! Well, yes, spring will be definitely better than winter (I went there in December) 😃Palermo is so much different than Messina, Catania, Taormina and other places in Sicily, or at least that's my impression. You'll love it, I'm sure! Cheers!

    Great video! You did a wonderful job of showcasing things to do and see. We will be visiting Palermo in June and now I can’t wait to see all you’ve pointed out.

    So far most usefull video about Palermo as it includes practical info about trabsportation, distances from one place to another, costs..... and I was hesitating to click due to its name 😮.

      @@richardvillar7316 Hi, I am glad it's helpful. I definitely advise you to explore the city on foot, the Old Town and major attractions are within walking distance. You can also use public bus to get from the port to the city center, I think it's bus 107 (but check in the video). Have fun and enjoy your time in Palermo! :)

    Great video, In March, 2024, we will be stopping at Palermo while on a cruise. Do some of the people understand English or is it mostly Italian.

    • @AdventourBegins
      @AdventourBegins  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Palermo is pretty touristy so people generally understand English. I don't speak Italian and I didn't have any problems. 😊 Enjoy your cruise!

      @AdventourBegins  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, I went to Palermo from Catania, got a train in the early morning (3 hours one way) and returned in the evening. Palermo is different from other cities in Sicily, it's got a lot of people from everywhere :)
