I just want to thank you sincerely for your information. I live on Guam USA, for the dealer here cost 700.00 for the part and who knows how much for labor.. The blower motor here at Napa is 400.00 if I was going to do it myself. I purchased the part at Auto-zone for 119.00 with tax in Hawaii. In the end you help save my hundred of dollars. THANK YOU!!!
Just swapped mine out on the 2013 GMC Terrain and this video was perfect. Appreciate the work you guys do. Got the part for 90 bucks at Auto Zone and I don’t even wanna know what the dealership would have charged
Just used this video to replace the blower motor on my 2012 GMC Terrain. The only difference for me was the 7mm socket was a 9/32 socket. Also a different electrical cable was zip tied to the body of the old motor assembly. Overall though it took me about an hour to do this. Bought the part on Amazon for $40, so I definitely saved a lot of money on this one.
Blower motor was super noisy after car sat for three weeks. Found a mouse had made nest in the fan. Super easy fix. video probably saved me hundreds over taking it to a shop. Thanks!

great information and instructions to do this job, I had a chipmunk hide nuts in the cabin filter that fell into the blower drum, causing a vibration when the fan was on high... hope that will fix it up 😊
We just changed #1 #2 dual fuses in relay box and unplugged the square relay 1191 it reset itself or it was fuses problem- no air at all but this fixed issue. Air blows now on all settings.
My mother-in-law's 2015 GMC Terrain was invaded by a red squirrel, which jammed the entire cabin air filter cavity with pinecones. We were trying to figure out how to clear it all out ... and this looks like it would provide access. If we drop the blower motor, should be able to reach up in there and get all the cones out. Wish us luck?!

My a/c started a vibration and is loud when I start turning the knob up higher on my 2014 gmc terrain denali. Is this the problem. I did notice the other day it went low I had to turn it up. Please any help you can give I would appreciate

My blower just went on mine so I just went and got part I had to make sure it wasn't the fan thank God it wasn't
