It’s so calming watching you work I know you make it look easy because you are so skilled ; this is very intense hard work Thank you CF for the super excellent videos they are the very best ever !! ❤️🙋♀️
I always need to remember to take my anxiety meds before watching your videos in the snow. Just don’t know how you don’t slip more on that slippery wood. How is that hand holding up in that cold?
Hey man, I like you're videos, just subscribed yesterday. Want to see many more in the future, hopefully about framing and not recovering from a fall. You've earned a well deserved week off... maybe a month! Springtime is around the corner. Be safe!
Seems like the hand is doing well after the Surgery....Good to see CF....Also, nice when you have ppl around you that know what they are doing as well.... Your helper with you isn't afraid to work and your man doing the saw cuts seems to be on point.....I could watch you all day if i had the time buddy.... But,what time i do watch you i enjoy it....Keep it going bud...
You sure have a lot of faith in those nails!!! I sure as hell wouldn't be climbing over those eve ends like that!!.....but then again , I'm probably twice your weight and don't like heights sick falling off a barn roof peak when a kid and breaking many ribs!!!.....then when in the service visiting a buddy in Virginia, his brother pushed me off a 100 foot cliff into the lake below!....blew out a few disks in my spine and had many pulled muscles!
@@tombarnes4163 to use speed square I can use pitch and run method I know that one but the speed square doesnt always find you the angle. Like crazy framer does this x seat cut - y plumb cut = z angle. I need more details.
The Crazy Farmer...I was wondering, "why that name?" Watching you walk on that 2x4 up there like an acrobat made me kinda understand why. I am new here, I guess I will stick around and watch.
Welcome back i see the snow again, hat when i subscribe your channel it was winter you were working on a house, hear we go again be careful hop you have your safety on love your videos
Love how you put two nails high on the facia boards so the nails don't show when the drip edge is installed. Wonder how many guys noticed you doing that and thinking to themselves that you should be putting the nails further apart?
Electrician here.. Sometimes we do crazy stuff too but, he's seems to be going at it everyday. Nice work but, haha you should really put on construction boots instead of those shoes... there are plenty that look like hiking boots. Either nailing yourself or stepping on something sharp at the job... Keep on going you crazy framer!
Hey CF! Don’t get me wrong here u r a bad ass of bad asses but have u seen Clever Diaz vids. Might give u some ideas and I know u r all about learning and trying new and better things if they r true. Just throwing that out there. Love your work ethic. I love thru u vicariously. Thanks.
I just love it when someone is do cavalier with their life! It’s so entertaining! I mean ppl are dying all over cause there is not enough “TRACK HOMES”? I see bodies all in the background of ppl waiting for the “TRACK HOME” to be built? I am sure you properly saved thru spring, summer & part of fall to make it thru winter right? U don’t hv to do this? It’s a matter of ppl dying waiting to get in these homes? You deserve a stick of gum!
winter is part of living in canada, if you work in construction you won't skip 4 months of work because of a little snow. What's crazy is not the snow, its how efficient he is while being reckless.
It’s called prepared for the winter so you do not do stupid things like that for desperate builders who are over stretched and do not mind risking your life so they can make their buck! I am contractor! I have fallen off scaffolding and shattered my foot and fell off a ladder getting a hernia and on and on! The job is dangerous and I don’t mind! However I draw the line at just plain old stupid! I am no rookie and snow, rain, high winds when high up is not building time! Besides his work as I watch him in these conditions is borderline! Beside the snow and ice plus falling several times he nearly nailed his hand with a 16 penny ring shank nail ! Stupid brother! In fact gives us pros a silly name as okie dokie carpenters!
My friend you are either totally insane or desperate to get your rewards for the work you do I hope you are earning a fortune because that's what that type of work demands, I am a roofer and they could not pay me enough to get up there in those conditions, but in all fairness they would not ask us to. You stay safe Buddy and keep that Insurance up to date. cheers
9:26 -Don't hold the 2x like that and shoot into your hand! That's idiot tight there. When this kid was still in diapers not even building with blocks yet I told a kid the same thing framing a house and he shot himself doing the same thing. Take the extra second to place the first lower nail with the free hand up higher. This squirrelly vacuum kiln-dried crap lumber these days will take a nail and every which way and into your hand. Shooting yourself don't feel very good and the glue on those nails can really create an infection. That gopro is clouding your vision son. Get it done right not just git r done!

I don't know why I love these videos, I don't know anything about building and can't even hit a nail properly... Keep it up!
This is how a real framing crew should work. Fluid and fast. Hats off
glad you're back. finally something good to watch on youtube.
I could watch this stuff allllll day
It’s so calming watching you work I know you make it look easy because you are so skilled ; this is very intense hard work Thank you CF for the super excellent videos they are the very best ever !! ❤️🙋♀️
Josh you are getting on the job free education training from the best ! Lucky you !!!
Great job with crazy weather
I quit doing stuff like this in the cold and snow a few years ago...much respect to you guys!
And I was bitching about being 12 feet up and in the mid 30's this morning.
Canadian tradesmen are something else.
I like how you use the nail gun to plane out the fascia
Great balance and manual dexterity, and tying your shoe at the same time. First class!
You are smooth. You are like watching an artist.
I always need to remember to take my anxiety meds before watching your videos in the snow. Just don’t know how you don’t slip more on that slippery wood. How is that hand holding up in that cold?
You guys are having way too much fun nailing those rafters up in the freezing cold! #TCF
My respect for your work I only support one week in canada !! That work its really hard !! God bless you guys !!
What i do in 110 degrees he does in -10 degrees. Respect the craft bro, much luv.
Your encouraging....im off to do the same today in Michigan.....not looking forward to it...let's go.😊

It is nice to watch a construction video and not have to listen to lots of profanity. Thanks for making your videos family friendly.
What pus I can tell your weren't in the field
Your skills are just as amazing as your balls. Truly one of the best framers n the world!
22 Winter s just like that this year is a blessing
You work so hard. I swear, I am holding my breath the entire time that you are on that icy frame. Good video.
It’s coming together now. Looks fuggin mint bud! 👌🏼

Fantastic video!
Crazy Framer, can you make a video of how you figure out the angle cuts you need
@@tombarnes4163 to use speed square I can use pitch and run method I know that one but the speed square doesnt always find you the angle. Like crazy framer does this x seat cut - y plumb cut = z angle. I need more details.
@@tombarnes4163 Alright thanks for your advise much appreciated
It’s all on the plans
Love to see you working
It’s been a while since I have watched one of your videos...
You have a crew now?
And a boom?
If so sweet deal, you earned it!
Here I am finishing setting up fall arrest and fall restraint. Meanwhile you just finished the job. You guys are fast!
Balls to the wall
Well done
Welcome back ,all healthy? Good to see you again.
I assume you have brick because the 1' 4 1/2" hang so why run your fascia tight to gable at 8:40
Fantastic quality video . Can I ask what type of camera was used on here ?
It’s a go pro hero 5
The Crazy Farmer...I was wondering, "why that name?" Watching you walk on that 2x4 up there like an acrobat made me kinda understand why. I am new here, I guess I will stick around and watch.
CRAZY.... Walking on top of a 2x4 covered with snow, on top a piece of plastic. 🚷🚷🚷
he makes it look easy
Welcome back to winter.
Seat cut is 56 plum cut is 34. = 22 got it love learning from you 🥰
Excellent work
Your guy on the ground feeding you pieces allows you to move right along. He's got to be good, also.
another fine video. thank you
I see NO Paslode or DeWalt nailers this winter. :)
He used a paslode on this episode
@@johnyeary6541 I meant cordless/airless variety. 👍
I can't wait till cordless guns are as good or better
Welcome back i see the snow again, hat when i subscribe your channel it was winter you were working on a house, hear we go again be careful hop you have your safety on love your videos

its deff gonna get wraped with aluminum anyway
Lol. Sorry, nice try.
Way too cold for me man. I like my inside work lol Great vid!
how do you like that green and black Hitachi nail gun?
Wow I've always found that angle by doubling the plumb cut then minus it off 90. plumb cut off seat cut is way easier ha
Is it an idea to wear figure skates to increase the difficulty?
can you build something with Andrew Camarata and use gas paslode, or is that gun retired?
All I can say is... "Badass!"🕶
What size of nail you use for the roof and fraiming
3 1/4”
When you put the roof sheets too look cool in canada in dallas texas is 60 right now
Nice gloves
Looks like a fun day for trusses 😂
Amazing. How are you preventing slippage?
Dre TheDREAM hope
I miss do that
That guy cutting the wood is really heads up. Staying ahead of the nailing like that...
I use the same gun!
I built a house from watching your videos. You are way tougher. Let's walk a 2x4 in the snow with plastic on top.....
Really??? Like we do in Finland, friends help too????, if you have any=)))))) Where are you?? And s thanks for the videos!!!=)
Youre working on a crew now, do you prefer to frame this way now?
What kind of wood u use for frame ? Pine? Fir?
If I remember right CF mentioned it’s Spruce
buen trabajo amigo mis respetos saludos desde idaho
I'm out there with ya brotha

He wears them for grip
Yep, those skater shoes have a ton of grip on them, Great for slippery conditions he’s dealing with
Did u hire a bunch of guys or are u helping out those guys?
Is this still your crew or are you working for someone else?
Freaky up there.
Where are yall located at
Alberta Canada i believe
Balancing on a 2 by 4 covered with polythene and a scattering of snow..... 🤔🤔😜😅😅🏴

Did Marvel come out with a Superhero framer yet?
Of course they did you’re watching him right now !! 🤩
Snow end Crazy 🙈🙈🙈
Probably -5 outside too..maybe worse...Kudos.
There are to many people working on the crew to be called the crazy framer now. Liked the channel last winter.

Fuck.That. You couldn’t pay me enough to work in that type of weather
Give me a job my friend . 😁 I’m been doing framing for the last 8 years. I will like to work with you
🥶👍

Это круто!!!
You are part penguin and part man
Northern Alberta ??
LMFAO.
I all ways thought all framers were sutch cowards....its good to see it's only most of you
I'm trying to understand how a house like that can support the size of your balls without breaking into pieces.
Bro. Are you really just wearing tennis shoes?
Risky... one slip and your kissing the ground floor
Your pay check.... at the end of day, that’s what your life is worth.. be careful my brother
Leafblower, you can thank me later
But then he wouldn't be crazy
next video... under water
