Make sure you apply for the ENP (employeer pull notice program) before you apply for MCP . You will need that requestor code on your MCP application. You get that from the DMV website aswell and everyone needs it. Even single owner operator's. Learned that the hard way. Also for the miles, you have to write an estimate so the numbers don't really matter, but if you are trying to get the INTERSTATE MCP the miles have to be like for example: 500 miles in CA and 300 Miles outside of CA. So in the first line it would be 500k and the second line it would be 800k. The second line for the miles has to include both Interstate and intrastate miles added. If you write for example: 500 on both lines it would technically be saying that you only estimate driving 500 CA miles and 0 Interstate miles so the DMV will process your application as an Intrastate MCP even if you clicked on the Interstate box.

If you were denied getting commercial insurance due to your driving record then the only option is to lease on to a company that can take you as a driver with your driving record. In rare case you might find a commercial insurance that might insure you with an option of $8k-$6k down payment. If only you can not lease on to a company. Don’t give up always do your research.
