Lovely subject matter delivered with a wonderful accent. My seagull is running perfectly but I have watched most of the series now just because!

Cheers for your videos they are invaluable. I just refurbed a Forty Featherweight and now on to a Silver Century. Appears to have a slightly bent crank but trying to correct it. Would you say process for rebuilding Silver Century is same as in this video? Thanks. Andy

      Hi Andy
Bent crank is usually a replacement crank needed.
      Rebuild very similar

Coastal Works hi thanks for reply. I found new crank online so waiting for that. Can I get away with liquid gasket on crankcase to engine block seal? I can order a thin paper gasket but wasn’t sure necessary. Thanks. Andy

@@AndyUK-Corrival a good quality gasket sealant should be fine as long as both surfaces close correctly

Coastal Works Hi, my new crank arrived today, how do I get the old piston off the old crank? I removed the circuits but is ther a right way to remove the pin or just gentle tapping? Thanks very much. Andy

Some tapping should get it out for you
