  • here we carried out an installation using everything cworth energy brand
    we made use of
    10units of 500w panels
    1 unit of 10kwh/48v battery
    1 unit of 5.5kw/48v inverter
we wired the whole 10panels in series generating over 400vdc,
the inverter is solar hybrid inverter which means it can handle high VDC and even work without battery bank!.
this system was setup to power
    1 freezer
    1 fridge
    1hp ac
    blender
    fan and some lighting.
we did installation at Oshodi Lagos Nigeria.

Well done, Solargod. Nice video. Could you do a battery capacity test of this battery? Let us confirm the 98% DOD. It is alleged that most companies, including Felicity, Cworth, and Blue Carbon, use grade B lithium cells. That is why their prices are relatively low compared to brands like Pylontech, Deye, etc. Not a bad thing for countries like ours, but it would be nice to know the battery's actual capacity.

Hi can you name other products with grade A Cell , what are your thoughts about Yohako ?

Grade A cells are reserved for High-Performance applications like EVs, etc. Nobody uses "Grade A" for residential applications. Also, BYD, EVE or CATL Grade B are on the same level as CALB, Gotion, etc "Grade A".
There is no universal Grade A specification. The manufacturer classifies the best cells with the highest stable current & voltage as Grade A, then other cells that didn't achieve max performance are rated as "Grade B".
Your worry should be if the cells are used or new & their age, not Grade A or B as both will last you over 25 years.

The panels are facing opposite sides.. they should divided into two and should be on two different charge controllers for optimal performance

The circuit breaker, is it only for the solar panel?
I'm seeing breaker, surge and protection meter ?

Well done sir. Its not efficient placing two strings facing different directions in series.

true, the mppt will pick the lowest values from all panels. in the morning, east facing panels will have the highest voltage, but the west facing panels will have lower values. By noon, vice versa. the MPPT circuit will pick the lowest ones. but if space is a constraint, this configuration is better than having nothing
