By next comic, I'm expect Vader to say something along the lines of "If there is a debt to be paid, let this be the compensation." as he cuts off her hands, or one hand, or perhaps an arm. Someone will say that that was no payment, but brutality, and Vader will respond with something like "The compensation paid was her life." before walking off like a badass.

Actually Jabba doesn't demand Vader to pay up one million credits. I read the comic. In the scene where you state that he does, Jabba is actually telling Vader "Solo's Mine. I had the winning bid. What's done is done".

All of those loans emperor palpatine had to take out on his super weapons. His credit took a big hit after the destruction on both, that's why palpatine staged his own death lol to reset his credit

Qira would be beneath Vader, his Death Troopers should have taken her out. For her to hold her own against a Sith Lord that just attacked Exagol riding a space monster is kinda silly. She's completely outclassed.

Vader is such a mf chad. In a way, I´m glad Kylo was made to be an angsty young guy, because there is no way one could replace the 'niche' occupied by vader, another archetype was needed.

Kira, hmm the way she presents herself is with a good deal of confidence. Let alone earlier she said she knew how to deal with Sith Lords, one can wonder if she fully grasps the concept of who Darth Vader is? One thing live action movies cannot always capture in my opinion is a unwavering, unstaggering, solid confidence in a characters appearance such as with Kira given she just seen Jabbah stand down, one could only tremble at such a feat.

Does the comic say WHY the Empire suddenly wanted Han? Because in the film Boba was allowed to fly off with him from Cloud City. Han and Leia were only important so they could lure Luke to Bespin. After that, Vader didn'tr care. or maybe he wanted Han back because Luke and Leia escaped?
Vader wanted to use Han as bait again to lure Luke back to him.

I feel like one thing they forgot though (or maybe not and it only adds to Vader's clout) is that for gangsters like Jabba respect means a lot. So for Vader to come in there in front of that huge who's who of the underworld and snatch Han up like that would be hugely embarrassing for Jabba. Even if it's the emperor's right hand man. I don't know what could have been done differently in the situation, but I feel like Jabba would have been PISSED and not able to let this go even if for the sake of his reputation.
Kira had some major balls to ask for the $1 million and say, "Oh? Is the empire too poor to pay it's debts?" Lol. That was pretty badass.
