The biggest unresolved mystery in Prey is the messed up name of "Mikhaila Ilyushin". 1) It is male surname, it should end with 'a' to be a female - Ilyushina 2) They made a female name from Mikhail by adding an 'a', which is wrong and does not exists in Russian - there is Mikhaela I believe 3) They pronounce it 100% wrong accenting on the k before the h, which is actually silent - the h is only to be pronounced as in Hello.

At least they tried. Better to try and fail then not even give that much of a damn. All you can do is send them a message back about it. Maybe they will hire someone who knows the language and naming customs to create names next time.
The strange thing is, the crew names were better and I did not find something to striking, at least one of the names would be correct. Also, there is clear effort to add real Russian language. Many small labels are in Russian - the water dispenser, the back of the monitors with a "Warning!" (Внимание!) sign and some other paces - and I believe all of these are more or less correct (even if not the correct phrases, at least the syntax). So there is clearly someone there with some Russian knowledge, making this situation even more puzzling. Parallel Universe is to blame, probably.

It is implied that they had some kind of relations indeed. I was actually wondering how it turns when you play a female character. I was thinking, maybe they would swap Mikhaila Illyushin for a male Mikhail Illyushin or something like that. The name looks like it has been made for that.
I had a bug that I can't seem to fix. I transferred the file to my office to tell Mikhaila the truth,. but when I go back to my office, she's standing by the computer, but there's nothing there. No file to show her. I've tried resetting, but nothing, help?
I f spent 40 minutes yesterday trying to read this audio log, I have the same bug, I did talk to her multiple times and nothing happened. I will try again this evening, but I think from what i have seen in the video and comments here, you actually have to speak to her NEAR the computer to unlock the audio file on the screen, we can see even in the video, this is just fucked up, file should be transfered and thats it, I almost gave up and marked the mission as "completed" but what a waste, since it's one the best side mission I have done so far.

Mikhaila's quest is to save her, find the recordings and show them to her, and to save Aaron Ingram. Legend has it that if you complete every single one of the 18-ish tasks, you get the best possible ending, however no one has done it yet.
You need to fix your audio. It’s five seconds off from your video. The video comes before the audio. It annoys me. Please match up the video and audio next time
That is a possibility. Still a strange pose for him to be in, arms out straight like that and not even moved towards the front. XD I have seen Medical Operators stuck in that pose before too, when they needed repairs.

Maybe you have to be a male morgan in order for the interjections to play. Because I was female and if you were aswell that seems to be the only difference, whoch would I assume mean they forgot to put in the voice lines for female january and the trigger that initiates igwe talking
How can i get the "i and thou" trophie? I did everything, helped everyone and rescued all humans, but in the end of the game i dont get them. My rating was realy high. Is it a bug? please help me. :/
I have a problem. When i go to the Confidential records room it's always locked. I have been running around an hour to find the keycard and i can't do that hacking game at level 4 (too tough 4 me). Can someone please tell me how the hell you unlock the confidential records room?
If you had explored the area well enough, you'd know that you can enter that room through an alternate path (the roof) that doesn't require Hacking IV. That's the point of the game. You have to keep exploring...
