it could be hard rive issues, i had that problem with alot of game when i use a hard drive that wasn't meant for gaming consoles, but when i switched back to my original ps4 hard rive, then it rarely happens, it happens, but not a problem when it happens rarely

Didn't have any trouble there. Have you tried reinstalling the game? It often helps.
