First Mods I did to my FR-S: Exhaust, Trims and Tires, Coilovers, Tune (OFT to get rid of the power drop). Next it will be rotors and brakes, maybe some sway bars and other interior goodies in the future.

Wheels and good performance tires are the most noticeable mod for these cars, visually and performance wise. Headers, coil-overs, OFT and a cat-back exhaust might be the next best options for most, performance-wise. Even a drop-in K&N filter is a good choice if you want to save money and still keep the head-aches to a minimum. I'm saving the oil-cooler, Vortec SC with inter-cooler for last on my FR-S, it'll make the biggest difference to the car. Great video series Chris! Tint first? I'm staying with the factory tint for a while yet :(

Not to be that guy, but I disagree with everything on your list save the exhaust. I think it comes from a difference in build goals. I don't think tint or a splitter affect driving conditions at all. Exhaust can affect performance as well as sound, which is why I agree with that one. Coilovers on this car are nice, but not as necessary as grippy tires, improved exhaust, and power adders. Your list: 1. Tint. 2. Splitter/Lip. 3. Exhaust/tune. 4. Coilovers. My list: 1. Good tires. 2. Exhaust/tune. 3. Improved handling (whether that's coilovers, sway bars, control arms, what have you). 4. Power adder (turbo/super/E85).

I would also suggest trying to get better fitment since most cars stock wheel set up is really far into the fender
I think changing the stock wheels/rims are a big game changer for sure

i’d recommend just getting a new tune for them all to work together and then have the tuner make a 2nd one for backfire unless thats what you mean

Question: with you diffuser gone and the reverse lights gone did you rewire them to your taillights or did they come wired with reverse lights
They had their own wire that was connected near the taillights that I just unplugged.
