There are similar apartments in central London and the price in London will be £2-3m pound sterling for the cheapest. You can get them cheaper out of central London somewhere in docklands and there they will be slightly cheaper £1.2m or so. Not really affordable for anyone in London with regular jobs or even well paid jobs. Some of these towers remain empty in London and are used by foreign investors to park their dirty cash. London is where dirty money is dumped into such apartments and nobody ever lives in them.

Thanks for the video! I've lived in all sorts of Moscow apartments over the past 20 years and now live in a house. Much better. Most apartments are built like crap and are not properly sound insulated. If somone does a bit of DIY and messes up, you are often without water. Can get annoying.
I've been aware of these tall buildings for a while, but not seen inside one like this. The apartments look really nice and considering how high they are and how central to Moscow they are, the prices are very fair. I know i'm being a bit nitpicky here, but for people that don't know Moscow, that area called Moscow city, is almost 5 kms away from where The Kremlin is. I usually just call it "The Moscow Business Center", rather than Moscow City. I like the idea of apartment living, but I'm not sure I'd want to live that high up. For a better price, I'd pick a less iconic smaller new apartment complex but still with great views over the river.

Thanks for the video! I really enjoyed watching it! Oh, and just in case you were looking for some video ideas, here's one: a room tour of an appartment of Moscow renovation program (you know, the appartments the city gives in exchange of khrushevka buildings). And if you ever happen to visit the South of Russia, it would be a good idea to make a video about Krasnodar park (it's one of the best parks in the words, and I've visited 37 countries... I can compare it only with Marina Bay park in Singapore). In Russian it's called It was built several years ago by an individual as a gift to the city (well, this individual is the founder of Magnit supermarkets chain). Great place to visit at daytime and in the evening when all the lights are on. Amazing place.
As always Russell great content. I bet there are quite a few things they didn't tell you. 🤔😁 The views are gorgeous. Simple lines and open and not overly ostentatious. As for Sq ft it's similar in price point to or there abouts to South Florida with our the ocean view. Nice job 🎉

All materials in this apartment are natural. There is Norwegian granite on the floor, natural marble in the bathroom. The countertop and apron in the kitchen are also made of granite.
As beautiful as it is, it would be rather small for me to live there. Crazy to think that it costs so much.
Very very nice, Thanks fot the tour 💖💖💖
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you ))
I could live on the first few floors, for sure. Beautiful!
You would still have great park and river views from the lower levels.
@@TravellingwithRussell Sounds awesome! I would live a higher standard of living in Moscow than I currently do in The U.S. My pension income would go much further in Russia when I factor in my living expenses and food. Love your channel and videos, and would love to come visit Russia! I have nothing wrong with the people, as is true in any other countries I have visited! ❤️
@@xalekceyI would love to, I have had a passport for over 20 years, I am even of Slavic descent. My grandfather on my dad’s side of my family could read and understand Russian, because he spoke Croatian. I am learning Croatian, and it’s very similar to Russian.
View's out the window looks like London 👍
Except when you get closer, it is clean and there are no crazy and homeless people, no riffraff and nobody is peeing in the street. People look normal and relaxed.
It is much better
Wow, very nice building and apartment. I like the view.
The views are amazing.
Hi, Russel! Could you make a review of Kazan city before the BRICS leaders' summit and sport games?
Nice apartment buildings but I couldn't live in a high rise building. Great video Russell.
Great review really enjoyed Thanks for all your hard work regards Greg
Moscow is the best city in the World
HA HA HA HA!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Give me a russian cottage decked out like one of these apartments.
Beautiful place, but not for me, I’m down-to-earth person, prefer to live closer to the ground.
Thank you, Russel! Quite different from usual balalaika-bear-vodka. Lovely apartment!
Very interesting. I couldn't live in such a high rise apartment though! 😮
Thanks for the video! I've lived in all sorts of Moscow apartments over the past 20 years and now live in a house. Much better. Most apartments are built like crap and are not properly sound insulated. If somone does a bit of DIY and messes up, you are often without water. Can get annoying.
Excuse me, may I ask the region where your house is located? Is it within the Moscow region? Thank you!
Awesome🎉 Russell, thank you for the video! Did you have a special permission to get into the building?
I was with someone who lives there already.
The best video of Russell ... in history. The majority of apartment videos are fluff / hyperbole. As a serious buyer, I want facts -- not opinion ... meat and potatoes ... not cake with icing. If Russell produces more of these apartment videos, they would steer more traffic because food is food ... all the same ... regardless of the kitchen or plate it is shown on.
Hello Russel, i like your videos so mush . Very professional camera-work.
say hi in Kremlin :)
@@jessica_fletcherova Hi and what? Im russian and proud of it
this place will look STUNNING when finished.
and yes. i'd live there in a heartbeat !.
Now we’re talking 😎
Amazing view 😍👏🔥
As always Russell great content. I bet there are quite a few things they didn't tell you. 🤔😁 The views are gorgeous. Simple lines and open and not overly ostentatious. As for Sq ft it's similar in price point to or there abouts to South Florida with our the ocean view. Nice job 🎉
gorgeous apartment, russell. I hope you review the other skyscrapers in the business district in upcoming videos.
Amazing . I like it😮😊
Love the energy Russell 🎉
once I rented aparts in Moscow city for weekend(2nd anniversary with my GF), it was about 18k rub\day
It is expensive, because renting an apartment for daily rent is always more expensive, than to rent an apartment for a long time and pay for it every month.
@@Матьгородоврусских but renting an apartment for month in Moscow city ~300000 rub. if's too expensive/ я бы даже сказала дохуя дорого
Love the view from the unfinished apartment.
Gorgeous apartment but i would prefer apartment in one of older buildings closer to the center of the city.

Lovely apartment, fantastic for a visit to Moscow but for me, I like to be on the ground with a garden
I love the kitchen of the first apartment, the whole apartment is beautiful overall, but I couldn't live at that height 😅 amazing view though
I'll become an Assassin just to be able to buy such an apartment!
Thanks!!!
Very luxurious and very expensive too. It’s understandable as the buildings are located in the middle of Moscow city.
The apartment was really nice. I can only imagine what it would be like at night staring out of the windows.
Hey Russell wow beautiful but I do like my garden very nice all the same ❤
Nice view … lovely
