SHOP TOUR - I Need Your Help!

I love bodywork so much that I am asking for your help in finding me a door sill for the MAZDA2. Yeap, I can make one to match, but, boy, would it be easier if I had a friend out there that had a wrecked Mazda2 in their yard that had a perfect door sill the they wouldn't mind cutting out for me! If you are that person - hit me up and save me from putting in the time to manufacture this thing myself!

I like to start my rebuilding the week after my last event

You may have to consider buying a wrecked or flood car from COPART and making it your donor. It's only a matter of time till you need another body part.

Jesse, Bryon Prokopf in St. Louis has a parts car Mazda 2 and I’m sure it has the rocker you need. I’ll send you his contact info. He may have a door, not sure.

On the 1.6 diff, do you do anything to make it stronger? Those early diffs are notorious for busting the ring and pinion.

No, all you can really do is make sure it's set up correctly. Their just not large enough to take a bunch of power.
