the questions were phrased to make one answer appeal more to a certain stance, and because they were vague they could be used to make one answer sound racist/sexist/homophobic
I mean at the top of the quiz it says that the questions aren't actually questions but are in fact prepositions, some of which are supposed to be vague, extreme, or moderate. They exist to cause personal interpretation. Aside from that, some of the questions are phrased in a way that sets up the test taker for sure.
The issue with the quiz is that they are phrased with language insinuating leftist values as righteous and conservative values as nefarious, more so than vague nature of the prepositions. This leads to an ineffective quiz, since the quiz taker is now very aware of how their answers will place them on the compass when that is supposed to be hidden so they will choose answers that they may not agree with just to obtain that final outcome - which it isn't even very good at placing people anyway.

I definitely dont think "religiousbeing taught in school" is necessarily agnst libertarianism. Religious being taught in school is not the same as making or wanting children to be religious. Religion is a major fact in about every culture in the world, most of ocidental countries legislation is deeply based on christianity morality. Most of the population in the world is still religious. I think being taught MULTIPLE religions(the major ones) helps understanding other ppls value, creates empathy, and gives a better understanding of humanitys history and culture. The dangerous only lies if you are being taught only one religion.

I did the math, the average taxpayer pays about 4,000 a year. A taxpayer worth 2 billion pays 164 million dollars a year. You decide if that's a measly amount.
If you really want to get technical you need to weigh the cost-of-living vs income. How much is too much for an individual person to have? Should there be a limit on how much a person can make? 164 million dollars a year is a lot of money but if a person makes 2 billion a year that amount is negligible and will not affect the persons quality of life or lifestyle. Average taxpayer's quality of life is drastically affected by taxes due to cost-of-living expenses. The wealthy person doesn't feel these expenses because his income is far beyond cost-of-living concerns.
I think you can take a moral stance on this without taking into account the religious side of it. For instance where he said it didn't affect third parties there's actually quite a lot of research into the women it affects and the fact a lot of pornography involves women who have been trafficked. Many of those who are involved in pornography are in abusive situations who rely on drugs and alcohol to get through a shoot, many women die because of the abuse (Pink Cross Foundation documents this). It affects more people than the screen shows.

J Woe That’s the point. Each question agrees with the point of view of one group of people. This is intentionally biased. The more you agree with their point of view, the closer it moves you to where they stand on the spectrum. Your immediate like or dislike of a statement that is biased how the test works.
Abstract art question he answered was hilarious because in my experience he is right. A lot of people will praise a banana taped on the wall or a upside down urinal as abstract art. It was hard for me to understand because abstract art didn’t mean so much to me than a detail painting that took hours to make and actually should symbolism. Obviously I won’t entirely deny that abstract art in some extent can make things look cool or nice.
Just an interesting factoid about the urinal. That was a piece created during an artistic movement in Germany and Europe called Dada art. Dada art is supposed to be "stupid" to some degree, while also commentating on social issues. The urinal was one piece that was supposed to be commenting on this exact issue that Art is no longer about skill and knowledge of the trade, but about what appeals to the crowd. Hence the stupidity of the sideways urinal.

I mean at the top of the quiz it says that the questions aren't actually questions but are in fact prepositions, some of which are supposed to be vague, extreme, or moderate. They exist to cause personal interpretation. Aside from that, some of the questions are phrased in a way that sets up the test taker for sure.
The issue with the quiz is that they are phrased with language insinuating leftist values as righteous and conservative values as nefarious, more so than vague nature of the prepositions. This leads to an ineffective quiz, since the quiz taker is now very aware of how their answers will place them on the compass when that is supposed to be hidden so they will choose answers that they may not agree with just to obtain that final outcome - which it isn't even very good at placing people anyway.

Religious being taught in school is not the same as making or wanting children to be religious. Religion is a major fact in about every culture in the world, most of ocidental countries legislation is deeply based on christianity morality. Most of the population in the world is still religious.
I think being taught MULTIPLE religions(the major ones) helps understanding other ppls value, creates empathy, and gives a better understanding of humanitys history and culture.

If you really want to get technical you need to weigh the cost-of-living vs income. How much is too much for an individual person to have? Should there be a limit on how much a person can make?
164 million dollars a year is a lot of money but if a person makes 2 billion a year that amount is negligible and will not affect the persons quality of life or lifestyle. Average taxpayer's quality of life is drastically affected by taxes due to cost-of-living expenses. The wealthy person doesn't feel these expenses because his income is far beyond cost-of-living concerns.

I think you can take a moral stance on this without taking into account the religious side of it. For instance where he said it didn't affect third parties there's actually quite a lot of research into the women it affects and the fact a lot of pornography involves women who have been trafficked. Many of those who are involved in pornography are in abusive situations who rely on drugs and alcohol to get through a shoot, many women die because of the abuse (Pink Cross Foundation documents this).
It affects more people than the screen shows.

The political compass test was technically designed to be vague and phrased in certain ways in order to get an honest answer again that’s how most tests work it’s to let you determine what they mean and if you agree with the statement or disagree. Just because you didn’t get the result you wanted doesn’t mean the scale is wrong, plus you did mention that you were probably Libertarian Right in the beginning again. Abstract art question he answered was hilarious because in my experience he is right. A lot of people will praise a banana taped on the wall or a upside down urinal as abstract art. It was hard for me to understand because abstract art didn’t mean so much to me than a detail painting that took hours to make and actually should symbolism. Obviously I won’t entirely deny that abstract art in some extent can make things look cool or nice.
Just an interesting factoid about the urinal.
That was a piece created during an artistic movement in Germany and Europe called Dada art. Dada art is supposed to be "stupid" to some degree, while also commentating on social issues. The urinal was one piece that was supposed to be commenting on this exact issue that Art is no longer about skill and knowledge of the trade, but about what appeals to the crowd. Hence the stupidity of the sideways urinal.
