  • I tried CHLOE TING’S AB WORKOUTS and it actually worked | 2 WEEK SHRED CHALLENGE | ABS IN 2 WEEKS?! (weight loss results)
    Sooo for the past 14 days I’ve been doing Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred challenge and the results are crazy! I’m shook! I decided to document the journey of doing the challenge, if you want to see what happened then stay until the end!!
    (spoiler - it worked!)
    I’m so happy with the results!! I never expected to lose that much weight!! I can’t wait to continue building my strength and being healthy!

    I started yesterday and it was the hardest workout I’ve ever done. I’m so out of shape. Trying not to give up and push through the 2 weeks!!!! To anyone who’s also doing this you got this!! ❤️

      I started yesterday too it so hard especially the up down plank and the spiedrman plann i cant do these at all but i keep on watching those videos before the workout to motivate myself . Gooood luck to you to us and to everyone doing this challenge !!! We can do it !!!!!!

      @@ayacharif2708 it s ofc kinda hard but i think worth it i just ended my third day i'm so sore it s all about the mental and 45 min went so fast tho just go ahead do it and try to do the intermittent fasting eat from when u wake up till 6pm or 7pm and drink a lot of water !!!!!     im on day four right now and im doing this challenge as well!, with the addition of the hip dips workout, the before and afters and the morning routines. i have never done exercise in the past, and even hated it because i thought it was limited to just running (which triggers my sports-induced asthma) but after watching at least fifty of these videos, i was so motivated to start. i feel like ive gotten results already, in how happy i am in myself. instead of just sitting down all day i finally can say i did something-- its grown my confidence astronomically already! i cant wait to see myself in two weeks, and congrats to you for completing the challenge!

    Congrats for your tremendous result. I believe diet played an important part in losing weight. I’m on day 13 & I did not lose any inch on my stomach at all, my weight did not drop as well. So far my diet is still the same. For those of you who want to try this challenge I think it may be better if you eat better.

      Anna-May Wood oatmeal is your best friend lol at least for me my breakfast is oatmeal (1/2cup ) , fruit (1/2 cup) , nuts (1/4cup ) and honey (1 spoon ) and a light lunch with dinner or a heavy lunch with no dinner .... if I crave sweet I would do another oatmeal bowl ... if I crave salty mushrooms with any salad

      @@oumaima3547 you can do lazy overnight oats, I use 55 grams of oats 100 ml milk or water and half a banana. Some vanilla or ground nuts. Just leave to soak overnight. It's great for takeaway when busy. If you like it warm you can directly mix and put in the microwave or heat up on the stove until thickened.

      Oumaima you can put 1/2 cup of rolled oats (e.g. Quaker oats) in a bowl and 1 cup of water - (the ratio for making oatmeal in the microwave is “1 dry - 2 wet” e.g. 1 cup of oats is 2 cups of water - then you put the bowl in the microwave and heat it for 1 minute. When you take it out you put some milk in it and mix it, I usually put in 1/4 cup of almond milk in mine. For the toppings you can do whatever you want but I usually do 2 tbsp of brown sugar, or some berries, banana and peanut butter. I hope this helps :))). PS. Another great thing to put on oatmeal or on almost anything, is chia seeds. They are great because they fill you up and are very nutritious. 💕

      Same here!! I finished Chloe Ting’s 2 week shred challenge as a sort of introduction and moving onto the 35 day summer shred program! Food was also a struggle for me, but I find it easy to have a protein drink along with other sources of protein after my workout! Hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck!! :)

    First of all - you are absolutely lovely! With and without makeup ! :) Second of all - you did great! The results are incredible , and the abs are probably building you just don't see it yet. I am on day 3, i did notice a difference from day 1 to day 2 - it was harder on the muscles, but easier on the breathing :)) I set up a plan for all of her programs, but i will do them one at a time. The 2 week shred, then after i am done will move forward to another one . I saw a video of a girl who followed Chloe Ting's programs for 6 months and there were not that many pounds lost, but her body literally transformed! I also feel like you are very right - once you start working out you become more aware of what you eat - i guess it has to do with how much effort you are putting into the exercises, you just don't want to mess it up with the diet :)) Anyways, happy to have found your video, it is very motivating! :)

      Jeanybeany :D don’t worry about the weight girlll, sometimes you might lose fat but gain muscle etc so your weight changes etc - best way is to use measurements xxx

      Diet is more important then exercising when it comes to loosing weight just make sure your working on becoming healthy

      Your weight isn't the only parameter to consider. You might be definitely getting in shape doing these workouts. Look at your overall body form. See the changes.

    How do.people get such results. I have been on for 2 months with zero change in circumference! Coupled with IF and clean eating!!

      Unfortunately I'm similar to you, takes ages for me to see results. But I have an underlying hormonal issue that makes it harder. Maybe worth checking with your doctor if there's anything underlying?

      .....how muh do you work out? Sometimes working out too much makes ur body preserve the fat and sometimes suddenly switching from unhealthy food to clean hood and very less calories makes ur body think u are starving a nd thus it stores all that fat.

    To anyone who is new at working out or has any health problem (like chronic back pain for example) PLEASE follow the low impact exercises first. I would suggest even building up strength before trying your hand at the 2 week shred because those exercises are intense. You could really injure yourself otherwise. There are people who can jump into these exercises and be fine, but if you do injure yourself, you will drag out the time of seeing any results because of healing time. Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Take your time and do the best to your ability. Don't focus on appearance, but focus on your health first and foremost. :)

    I'm so happy for u! I've been watching results videos, but they're all people that were already skinny. They just wanted to get toned (which is great, but I want to see myself get thinner) I'm on day 2, and this video has motivated me. Our body types r very similar, so I hope to see similar results :)
