True but it's obvious he isn't in the sound of mind, however, he had enough mercy in him to spare the baby. You have to understand, he tried to kill himself. The first one was 4 hours and the second was for 8 years, they pushed him to the nuclear option when they did it first. His life was destroyed, even when the truth came out what difference would that make? Even if you take away the money and face of the "good" family, how does that give him back his Time in isolation and pain? He didn't gain anything but the ability and mindset to kill. That's what happens to those that CAN'T move forward when it means facing years of trying to trust when it's incapable of starting or a chance for this to happen again except this time not a family member. You can't possibly believe in suing them for everything they got would bring back his Time and the future he was wrongly robbed of over a TEENAGER shifting blame to HER BROTHER, her family.
These stories are so disheartening. They won't even give a guy a chance to explain themselves and even then the stigma will follow the man for the rest of his life.
Honestly what op did at the end made me lose any sympathy for him and yes I know the story is fake but unfortunately their are people who read this story and go yes the family had it coming op in the right but would break down if even a quarter of this happened to them.

Jesus, SA accusations led to this, when someone has been unjustly wronged this should be expected. Unfairly accused without explanation is the heavier cause of it all, teenage girls tend to over exaggerate or deflect blame all the time but it's on the parents to do the work stop a problem like this before it gets out of hand, and they failed.
