I knew Khalil was gonna bring it, dude was getting overlooked by everybody except for 🗿. Best case scenario for fans and fighters, really. Alex continues his reign of terror, but Khalil showed the whole world he’s an actual warrior with a will of steel and legendary heart. That fight was exactly why I love martial arts.
@@BornTooNate I expected Khalil to put up more of a fight than many seemed to expect, but damn, dude is crazy tough! Stone Hands is just the baddest of the bad-men. Loved it. Now someone please feed Jones the wife beater to Aspinall
Damn you, Nate! ANOTHER death metal album (Eternal 'Cryptic Lyst), I'm gonna have to check out! 🥵 Just kidding, of course.. 🤗 ...but this year has been absolutely insane as far as death metal albums goes; actually even more insane than 2023, which was already pretty insane. Is the death metal bubble gonna burst soon under the weight of it's own success and oversaturation of bands and albums? 🤔 Maybe a topic for a future episode of Big Riff Energy? Just a thought... 🤗
We're manifesting being even danker and more sticky than before. Cuz we were just dank and sticky until we toked with Ian MacKaye. We might even let Spirit Adrip open for our opening band. HAILZ
Now that was a dope episode …thanks Nate, and man is that Eternal album killerrrrrr , Carbonized is a great underground metal label …Street Tombs Reclusive Decay is another on that label is a can’t miss
Listened to Lund - title track is all that was readily available but I liked it alot. To me, it has an 80's emo feel like Depeche Mode or OMD - mixed with some 70's rock like you said.
I really don't like country, but I have a few Kris Kristoffoson albums. Don't know how, lol. Don't remember inheriting them, and I wouldn't buy them. Anyway, your eulogy, if I can call it, that is touching
Hell yeah! Can’t wait to see that interview with Eternal🙌🏼
Thank you for the feature!
Really excited about you startin' your own label, Nate. Make it happen, brutha! Manifest.
Enjoyed today's BRE Nate. How about Poatan/Rountree over the weekend, that was crazy!

Well said Nate. 🤘
That Bukowski poem is amazing. Thank you for sharing and I'm excited for whatever the month of October brings.

I wouldn’t make a lot of friends with an episode like that… bubble burst in 2018 or so
