Jimmy Page covers chopin in arms concert and uses his violin bow in the end.
ARMS CONCERT was a way that artists found to get money for the reseachs of some deseases. ARMS= Action into Research for Multiple Sclerosis. This concert particulary was in Madison Square Garden, with Page, Clapton, Beck, and many other great artists.
I really do not own this music and this version, all rights reserved to Frédéric Chopin and Jimmy Page.

Some of you are really lazy by not reading the description, and saying this is a fake without having the knowledge to say that. The audio seems to be recorded out of the amp without any kind of effects, that's why it looks so sloppy, and the video was recorded out of sync too.

Or perhaps you weren't aware of this..in which case you shouldn't speak if you don't really know - see how you can accidentally be disrespectful trying to bag on Page - " not the cleanest, best..Sssswho the fk else has ever played it before on guitar? Hi. I had a small music shop in Turkey . I used to sell music cassettes, albums. I'm 57 now. I have been listening Led Zeppelin over 40 years with the same exact joy. I even had a chance to small chit chat with them that showed me how amazingly humble they were.
They were the most important famous people I met in my life. They were so normal, sincere and gentlemen. No complimants or anything. We talked for about 20-25 minutes and drank tea with Robert. After the concert was finished I tried to learn where do they would stay in.Next day I''ve found and waited by the hotel. When Robert went out I kissed him and hugged him. He Asked me about the previous day's concert performance.I said time passed so fast like a dream. I said I came about 1000 km from my town Adana to İstanbul for the concert he said please drive carrefully. I took LZ 3 LP (which I've bought and brought back to that concert) in İtaly when I was 21 y.o. in 1983 and they signed the album LZ 3 Long Play. I even had a chance to small chit chat with them that showed me how amazingly humble they were.
I was waiting for Jimmy, he was crouching and shopping at a peddler who sold cheap imitation watches near the hotel street. I talked to him for 5-6 minutes. He was also gentleman, sincere like a normal person. I loved them more because they are the most important band of history (according to me) and so normal people like a teacher or friends.
I am hoping that I don't die before them and they keep playing their amazing music.
Lucky me. I've also met Michael Lee. RİP Michael.Lee and Bonzo. You're the greatest drummers of all.
At the concert it was forbidden taking photos.Security took the film from my camera. But I've hidden another film in my socks. So I've taken many photos:) There were somebody who recorded the all the sound of the concert his hands in the air all night long. After 30 years I've found him in internet. He'll give me the recordings of the concert and I'll give him the night's photos. Life is beautiful with Led Zeppelin. İsn't it?

He created the best collection of riffs anybody has ever made, plus putting together the most musically gifted band the world has ever seen Led Zeppelin - which gave birth to modern rock we hear today, you can still put a Zeppelin record on and will sound more current than most modern pop songs.

I'm doing okay I had hurt my knee difficult walking. I believe I've seen a couple of performances of this particular piece of music. But this one is excellent. I just received two new guitars and I haven't played in a long time. I got this vintage Breedlove it's amazing but I have to have hand wrist elbow and shoulder surgery if I want to play. I think I'm going to have to have surgery on the knee before I do the arm. I've already had thumb surgery. A few years ago but now the total hand is failing. I was talking to Steve Vai. Even he has had some extensive surgery. I hope that you are doing very well. My grandson just started to play guitar and he's getting rather good. I retired when I was 17 I played when I was really young, but I think he wants Grandma to get back into it. I can't even form chords correctly because I have impingement also in my elbow it's going to be a big surgery and I think I had to be quite honest, very poor guitar posturing. Even though it's been many years I think it caught up with me. I hope you're able to play for as long as you can. Because I know it makes you happy. When it comes to rock and roll and the Art of guitar playing you are the best. And thank you for all the wonderful music.

Jimmy Page. What can I say. He’s probably my biggest inspiration on guitar and has been for about the first time I picked up a guitar. It’s not just speed or the riffs, it’s his sense of rhythm. I play a lot of Led Zeppelin because it’s fun to play but I always come back to the recordings to work on the “swing” that Jimmy Page has when he recorded these songs. If it weren’t for Jimmy Page’s killer riffs, I may never have stick with playing guitar.

There are many clips from european TV the feature Jimmy from his early teens playing a Skiffle number, and also quite a few clips of Zeppelin throughout it's reign. So you are quite incorrect and they are available to see here! This video was from the ARMS tour to benefit multiple Sclerosis, and his friend Ronnie Lane who was suffereng from this defvastating disease, and is not from the 70's! Nor was it from a television broadcast. This is the video footage taken of the tour. It is also not the first appearance of Jimmy on television!!!! There are many clips of Jimmy on TV from the 70's recorded throughout europe and England. There is also the footage of Jimmy and Jeff Beck playing in the Yardbirds together from the film "Blow Up" in the late 60's! This It is from early 83 as I saw the ARMS tour (I was in Highshool). Sadly, it was also the tailend of Jimmy's addiction with heroin (he might have just kicked it prior to this tour but you can still see the effects on him). He had not toured in a while, and was pulled out of a self imposed exile from playing by Clapton and Beck for this tour. Unfotrtunately, this is painful to watch as he is clearly not playing well. It could be because of his addiction and nerves not having performed live in a while. Thankfully, he overcame his addiction. You should not jump to conclusions such as this if you do not know your facts. Just saying!

How I wish I could go back in time to the years when we had these artists that at least tried to communicate with the audience through their art form instead of the crap we have now that focuses on the person's identity.

Come on people feel the love by and Jimmy's love for the audience. We were well aware that Jimmy hadn't touched the guitar for a long time after Bonzo's death( still difficult to write the word). As we guitarists know rust never sleeps however Jimmy was inspired by these charity shows for MS and came back with Paul and the Firm soon thereafter to huge critical and audience acclaim.NT
