I definitely work slow. I think I’m about 2 1/2 years into the swap at this point. I really just have to hook up the clutch hydraulics, connect the linkage on the t-case, and add some fluids. I keep getting busy on projects around the house and fixing daily drivers, not to mention family time and extra curriculars with the kids. I’ll get around to finishing the nv4500 swap soon though. What did you do for t-case linkage/shifter location? I’m considering switching to cable shift instead of the stock linkage.
@@TorqueWagon I ended up running a np205 cast iron t case so i bought the nv4500 shifter kit from advance adapters and just extended my shifter rods 1 1/2 inches to get it back to the factory location. I also added andother point to attach the braket to the trans because i fond it too flimbsy.
This saved my bacon!!! My husband hates start/stop and refuses to even drive my car so we ignored it when the light came on 2 months ago. This morning, van wouldn't start. Then the brake locked up( found a msg board that said this was from pressing break too many times without engine starting) and the dashboard message center told me there was a problem with the electrical stability control and anti-lock brake system. I found your video, followed the instructions, and FIXED my van MYSELF for about $100. It was just the auxiliary battery. Brake systems were fine once the new battery was in place. My hubby is working a double shift so I didn't even "inform" him I was having car trouble. Thank you so much!
This video gave much more thorough and comprehensive instructions for replacing the Chrysler Pacific Auxiliary Battery than any other video I watched on the subject. The comments were helpful as well. I ended up buying from AutoZone because of the price and the 3-year warranty. I couldn't find a single E5 bit (only sold in sets where I shopped) for the post swap-out, and my 4mm socket was too shallow for a good grip on the posts. I ended up threading a nut onto the post once the battery was on my workbench, then using small vise grips to grasp the non-threaded portion of the post, I successfully made the swap. My thought about threading the nut onto the post before using the vise grips was that if I damaged the threads in the process, I could re-shape the threads by removing the nut. I installed the replacement battery, hooked it up, reconnected the main battery ground, and started the car. The light was gone. The first time I took it out for a drive, the auto-stop feature worked as designed. Thanks for the great instructions.
Thanks for the help. I mainly work on heavy trucks and farm equipment. My girlfriend's van started this yesterday morning. I never knew it had 2 batteries. I tested both batteries. The auxiliary battery failed. I replaced it, all good now. The hardest part of the job was the clowns at autozone selling me the wrong battery. One tip I would add, remove the little studs before removing the battery. It comes out easier.

This video covers it nicely. WARNING though if you go to advance auto parts: the battery they had in their system was the wrong one. The posts were different, and I had to take the one they gave me back. Luckily, they had one in the back that was not listed in their system as a fit, but it was the right battery. The problem is that there are batteries with the same geometry, but you need the terminal posts like on the original battery so that the positive cable fits.
Great video for anyone with a small amount of knowledge and a few tools. THANKS - I'm 68 and this seems to have fixed my problem. You were right - the bolt holding the strap is tough to get out. If I could find the engineer that decided a screw that long was necessary, I would make him take it out and back in with a ratchet. I bought a Duralast battery because it was about the same price as others, and came with a 3-year warranty.

Such an informative video! My battery died on a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I was searching for a video on how to change the main battery and ran across this video regarding the auxiliary battery. For some time now, my start/stop feature hasn’t worked and I just ignored it. Now - I see that it was the root cause for my main battery dying earlier than it should. If it wasn’t for this video, I would’ve replaced the main battery and ended up having it die early again! Thanks so much for taking the time to post your lessons learned so others don’t end up fixing the symptom and not the root cause!
Just FYI, I had to replace the main battery about 5 months after the aux, so it’s probably a good idea to just do them both at the same time if that’s an option for you.

Just had this issue on our 2020 Pacifica, called the dealership because I had no clue what was going on. They were quoting around $800 to look at and repair a suspected Aux battery issue. 1 trip to NAPA and 10mins later and this was corrected for less than $150 - Thanks!

First, thank you so much for posting this informative and encouraging video. Second, you don't need any of the fancy tools shown here to actually do the replacement. I used a 10mm socket, a 10mm wrench, a screwdriver socket holder, a pair of locking vise grips and a little gorilla tape. The vise grips locking to the handle of the screwdriver gave me the needed length. The gorilla tape wrapped around the battery posts allowed me to unscrew them from the bad battery. My way took longer due to more hands on but basically completed within 30 minutes. Thank you for giving us the courage to do this job 🛠️ !! 👏

The only thing that concerned me was that the Aux battery immediately started sparking when i reconnected the terminals to the new battery. Couldn't figure out how to stop that from happening. Just held my breath and screwed it in. Still alive, so that's good.

Thank you! Had the same exact problem w/ inexplicable battery drain on a 5 month old main battery causing repeated incidents of a dead battery. Your video saved me a bunch of headache trying to figure out why the positive lead wouldn't come off. Removed the securing strap and the main battery positive lead apparatus and viola!. Thanks again. More than a little annoyed at the dealership not telling me when I took it in for the start stop service bulletin and they tried to charge me $175 for a diagnostic cuz start/stop still nonfunctional. Very good video. I replaced the aux battery in my 2018 Pacifica and it starts now with no problems or error lights. Purchased a replacement from Menards ($75) which was about 1/3rd the price of a dealer battery. I did have to modify the positive connector a bit.

Ours didnt start because of this. It has been replaced twice. This time it wasnt under warranty so it ran $300, this video will be very helpful in the future.

I just bought my wife a preowned 2021 Chrysler Pacifica touring L last weekend at the dealership & it’s super nice leather & loaded but the start/stop service light was on in the dash when we got it and I didn’t know what it was until I looked it up and then I called the dealership and they were like oh yeah, we ran a diagnostics on it when we got it as a trade-in a couple of weeks ago and they forgot to replace the start/stop battery so since it’s under warranty we’re taking it back up there next week and they’re going to replace it but we haven’t got a chance to use this feature yet. I’ve heard a lot of people say they like it and a lot of people say they don’t so we’ll see. Also, I heard that when the auxiliary battery goes bad like you said it will cause the big battery to go bad or drain it but we’ve only had it a week and I haven’t had any issues with the main battery so I’m not sure about that.
Great video, thanks for posting! Only comment is that at 6:15 you mention using an E6 bit. I found that an E5 bit is better fit. I had to go out and buy one, brought the battery/posts to check I got the right bit, and found that E5 was exact fit. I had tried using a pair of pliers to take off post, but they're screwed in pretty tight and I felt like I was stripping the post, so I highly recommend using the torx socket as your video recommends. On price questions in other comments, I paid $99 for a Duralast Platinum AGM AUX114 battery at AutoZone; there's an additional $22 core charge that is refundable when I bring back old battery. I thought the E6 may not have been the best fit, but it worked for me and I didn’t have anything smaller. Thanks for clarifying that the E5 is a more exact fit!
Thank you so much for posting this! A few years back I was having start stop issues like you, I ignored it since I hate the feature myself. It finally drained and took out my main battery, threw out many error codes and my car stopped running while I was driving. Turned out it also took out my alternator with it 😮. I guess these aux batteries don't last 2 or 3 years because I'm starting to have the same exact issues now (start stop service message and angry red light). I'm getting the tools needed and a new aux battery today to fix it myself before more repairs are needed...I can do this!
Very helpful video! We are out of town and replacing it when we get in town today. We are expecting to see a crack in our battery as well. My wife says that she's been noticing a smell after the van has been running warm. I will update my comment after the work is complete.
I have a 2020 Pacifica and the same thing is happening with my vehicle. The "auto start/stop light keeps coming on and it doesn't work. My main battery seems fine but my remote start is not working correctly especially when I need it in the cold weather. I'm a handicapped driver. I drive right from my wheelchair. I just had my van in for a checkup and everything is fine. My warranty on the battery was 3yr or 36,000 miles. I am passed my warranty by 6 months. The technician told me I'm better doing exactly what you're showing in your video myself as they would charge me like $1,000. Crazy! Where did you get your aux battery and how much did it cost you? GREAT video and thanks for the education.. Nick Ps I can't stand that start/stop feature anyway as I turn it off all the time. What an afterthought that was to be eco-friendly. 😊
Thank you for this video. 50k miles on our 2019 Touring L still with the original batteries. Alarm came up and going into winter I thought it was the main batt. Thanks to this video I got the AUX14 swapped. AUX14 are hard to find now at the local auto supplies. Amazon had an ACDelco. I too used an 4mm socket on the terminals. I did not have a long enough extension for the 10mm socket which made that strap the hardest part. Back together now. Followed instructions so the alarm is gone! I don’t mind the auto start. Why burn gas when not going anywhere? And it kicks on quick enough at the green lights. Thanks again!
Thank you. Checked Aux battery at autozone and it was fine just needed charging. Took the negative lead off main battery for 15 minutes while removing aux battery. After putting aux battery back in, no ESS error and stop/start working. (Although I'll never use it!). Thanks again!
Good video. I didn't see a mention but you only want to use a charger that has a setting for an AGM battery, they charge in a different manner than a standard battery.
Have had our Pacifica since 2019. It's a 2017 and we both despise the stop/ start feature. But this is the second time we are replacing this auxiliary battery
I have a 2019 Pacifica and I'm going on my 2nd auxiliary and main battery. The dealership won't change just one of the 2 because the main battery is drained because it works harder and now needs to be replaced. I've talked to many handy car guys and they concur with the evil dealerships. My experience with a new auxiliary battery needs to charge before it starts working, I experienced this when it was brand new. as well it's normal. Thanks for the informative video.
I changed my auxiliary battery and kept getting the same message. I finally found online that the van requires 5 restarts each must be 4 hours apart, apparently sometimes it takes that long for the computer to pick up on the battery change. After the 5th restart the warning did go away

THANKS SO MUCH!!! This worked on our 2020 Chrysler voyager as well. After the swap, our ( @! ) Warring Light on the dash went out. Just like in your first test, our start/stop did also not work right away. However the start/stop did start working on its own (without any additional programming/code clearing) after driving about 8-10 miles. You definitely earned a 👍 for this video and a new subscriber.
This has become a well known problem with the Pacifica, and Chrysler has no fix for it. The aux battery failure associated with the start stop feature will eventually become an annual replacement of that battery. We had the same issue with ours last summer, replaced the aux and main battery. On the 4th of July (same month last year too) our Pacifica completely shut down at an intersection. We once again have the yellow warning light on the dash indicating start stop failure. We bought ours new in 2018, and it only has 50,000 miles on it. Even with lower mileage it’s developing numerous other electrical issues reported by other owners. Apparently the Pacifica’s are notorious for electrical problems that all seem to drain either the main battery or aux.., and both batteries with the start stop failure.

The video is very helpful. My kids left a door open and drained the battery. We had replaced the aux battery about 18 months ago and the van is starting fine. However, the start /stop feature stopped working and we have the error message. Can I simply put a battery charger on the aux battery rather than replacing it? My wife's van is a 2019 pacifica-Thank you!
If you disconnect that other connector on the negative battery terminal (main battery) it will disable the feature. No need to ever press the button. You will have a light on the dash, but I haven't notices any other effects.
I have not had to replace my start/stop battery since leaving it disconnected. And it is a more pleasant driving experience. Ignore the waring indicator on the dash board.
Hey, I just wanted to tell you thanks for how easy your video was to help do this! I did it about 2-3 months ago. Everything was fine until about a week ago that the SAME warning light came on AGAIN. I had to replace the main battery a few months later so that may fix your issue as well. I haven’t had any issues at all with the warning light since I replaced the main battery.
Hate Auto Start/Stop? This worked for me. Disconnect the Aux Battery Negative Terminal and insulate and secure the lead in a safe place. The defective battery will no longer suck down the main battery. The Start/Stop will not function. The Fult light on the Dashboard will stay on. Your 2 options are: Ignore it. Or cover with electrical tape.
I had to do this today due to the aux battery causing the transmission to slip at times. (The dealer told me that the aux battery powers parts of the transmission)
Would love to find a video showing how you get your socket back if you drop it down into the well. There's a splash shield underneath on at least the 2020 and from what little I can see on my back, no way to get into there and get it back!
I changed both batteries yesterday. Took surprisingly little time. However, I noticed after checking later that when I turned the vehicle off, there was a sewing machine -like sound coming from under the dash board. I don't remember it doing that previously? Reviewed Pacifica forums and looks like some A/C door or switch? Why would this have been affected? Is there a system reset function that I need to perform in order to get everything working properly again? Notable that the radio stations were all still programmed, and it remembered Bluetooth connections, etc..
Ok mine had the same issue and they fixed the switch. However we are our 2nd main battery, and 3rd aux. getting an error for the 4th time. And I put the aux battery in on the 3rd time. i used a high quality interstate aux battery. Our car is a 2018 pacifica and we are also having hard shifts. So thanks whoever mentioned the aux does something for the transmission. We are also having weird electronic issues. Touch screen acting up, rear camera acting weird. I did find the box on the main battery the bolt that cranks the clamp on the positive terminal is broke from the dealer. Gonna throw the battery tender on as well to get it alll back up. Chrysler needs sued or recalled on this. What a shame. Great van except the battery issues and bullShiz.
I have the light on the dash with the an and circle around it with an exclamation mark. Battery seems fine what would you recommend is the problem. Or what to do first anyways
You may want to check the voltage on the aux battery with a multimeter, or take the car to an auto parts store where they will test the battery for free. In my experience, when the aux battery starts to go bad, it won’t be long before it drains the main battery and leaves you stranded somewhere.
Thank you so much for this and the video on how to replace the main battery! After I hooked up both a series of 3 beeps keeps sounding seemingly from the dashboard speakers every few seconds. I haven't been able to figure out what is causing this or how to stop it. Any ideas? Again, thanks for the videos!
You might try disconnecting the negative battery cable again for about 15 minutes and make sure all the colored connections on the aux harness are in the correct places. Thanks for watching.
Looks like it's been about 7 months since your battery replacement. Everything ok? Any issues? I have a 2017 pacifica (bought used in 18). I'm pretty sure I'm going to replace both batteries to be sure. Is that fairly easy? Which should I replace first?
I actually had to replace the main battery about 5 months later and should have a video for that out soon. If you don’t mind spending the money all at once, it’s probably best to replace them at the same time, but that’s probably going to cost about $350. I’m sure a dealer would want $1k or more to replace both batteries, so $350 doesn’t sound too bad when you think of it that way.
@@TorqueWagon The start stop system seems to chew through AUX batteries way too fast and then starts to shorten the lifespan of the main Pacifica battery. I hope Chrysler can do a recall/fix on this sometime.

If you have the negative cable disconnected from the main battery, that should eliminate the chance of sparking.

Thank you! Had the same exact problem w/ inexplicable battery drain on a 5 month old main battery causing repeated incidents of a dead battery. Your video saved me a bunch of headache trying to figure out why the positive lead wouldn't come off. Removed the securing strap and the main battery positive lead apparatus and viola!. Thanks again. More than a little annoyed at the dealership not telling me when I took it in for the start stop service bulletin and they tried to charge me $175 for a diagnostic cuz start/stop still nonfunctional. Very good video. I replaced the aux battery in my 2018 Pacifica and it starts now with no problems or error lights. Purchased a replacement from Menards ($75) which was about 1/3rd the price of a dealer battery. I did have to modify the positive connector a bit.

I just bought my wife a preowned 2021 Chrysler Pacifica touring L last weekend at the dealership & it’s super nice leather & loaded but the start/stop service light was on in the dash when we got it and I didn’t know what it was until I looked it up and then I called the dealership and they were like oh yeah, we ran a diagnostics on it when we got it as a trade-in a couple of weeks ago and they forgot to replace the start/stop battery so since it’s under warranty we’re taking it back up there next week and they’re going to replace it but we haven’t got a chance to use this feature yet. I’ve heard a lot of people say they like it and a lot of people say they don’t so we’ll see. Also, I heard that when the auxiliary battery goes bad like you said it will cause the big battery to go bad or drain it but we’ve only had it a week and I haven’t had any issues with the main battery so I’m not sure about that.

4mm socket should fit the posts, it did for me
I was able to use a 4mm socket to remove the battery posts and install on the new battery.
Great video, thanks for posting! Only comment is that at 6:15 you mention using an E6 bit. I found that an E5 bit is better fit. I had to go out and buy one, brought the battery/posts to check I got the right bit, and found that E5 was exact fit. I had tried using a pair of pliers to take off post, but they're screwed in pretty tight and I felt like I was stripping the post, so I highly recommend using the torx socket as your video recommends. On price questions in other comments, I paid $99 for a Duralast Platinum AGM AUX114 battery at AutoZone; there's an additional $22 core charge that is refundable when I bring back old battery. I thought the E6 may not have been the best fit, but it worked for me and I didn’t have anything smaller. Thanks for clarifying that the E5 is a more exact fit!

Thank you so much for posting this! A few years back I was having start stop issues like you, I ignored it since I hate the feature myself. It finally drained and took out my main battery, threw out many error codes and my car stopped running while I was driving. Turned out it also took out my alternator with it 😮.
I guess these aux batteries don't last 2 or 3 years because I'm starting to have the same exact issues now (start stop service message and angry red light). I'm getting the tools needed and a new aux battery today to fix it myself before more repairs are needed...I can do this!

We are out of town and replacing it when we get in town today. We are expecting to see a crack in our battery as well. My wife says that she's been noticing a smell after the van has been running warm. I will update my comment after the work is complete.

I have a 2020 Pacifica and the same thing is happening with my vehicle. The "auto start/stop light keeps coming on and it doesn't work. My main battery seems fine but my remote start is not working correctly especially when I need it in the cold weather. I'm a handicapped driver. I drive right from my wheelchair. I just had my van in for a checkup and everything is fine. My warranty on the battery was 3yr or 36,000 miles. I am passed my warranty by 6 months. The technician told me I'm better doing exactly what you're showing in your video myself as they would charge me like $1,000. Crazy!

Thank you for this video. 50k miles on our 2019 Touring L still with the original batteries. Alarm came up and going into winter I thought it was the main batt. Thanks to this video I got the AUX14 swapped. AUX14 are hard to find now at the local auto supplies. Amazon had an ACDelco.
I too used an 4mm socket on the terminals. I did not have a long enough extension for the 10mm socket which made that strap the hardest part.
Back together now. Followed instructions so the alarm is gone! I don’t mind the auto start. Why burn gas when not going anywhere? And it kicks on quick enough at the green lights. Thanks again!

Checked Aux battery at autozone and it was fine just needed charging. Took the negative lead off main battery for 15 minutes while removing aux battery. After putting aux battery back in, no ESS error and stop/start working. (Although I'll never use it!). Thanks again!

Good video. I didn't see a mention but you only want to use a charger that has a setting for an AGM battery, they charge in a different manner than a standard battery.
Have had our Pacifica since 2019. It's a 2017 and we both despise the stop/ start feature. But this is the second time we are replacing this auxiliary battery

I have a 2019 Pacifica and I'm going on my 2nd auxiliary and main battery. The dealership won't change just one of the 2 because the main battery is drained because it works harder and now needs to be replaced. I've talked to many handy car guys and they concur with the evil dealerships. My experience with a new auxiliary battery needs to charge before it starts working, I experienced this when it was brand new. as well it's normal. Thanks for the informative video.
My 2018 actually was an E5 for the battery studs, but thanks for walking us through it. I had no idea where the stinking AUX battery even was.

I changed my auxiliary battery and kept getting the same message. I finally found online that the van requires 5 restarts each must be 4 hours apart, apparently sometimes it takes that long for the computer to pick up on the battery change. After the 5th restart the warning did go away

This worked on our 2020 Chrysler voyager as well.
After the swap, our ( @! ) Warring Light on the dash went out. Just like in your first test, our start/stop did also not work right away. However the start/stop did start working on its own (without any additional programming/code clearing) after driving about 8-10 miles.

This has become a well known problem with the Pacifica, and Chrysler has no fix for it. The aux battery failure associated with the start stop feature will eventually become an annual replacement of that battery. We had the same issue with ours last summer, replaced the aux and main battery. On the 4th of July (same month last year too) our Pacifica completely shut down at an intersection. We once again have the yellow warning light on the dash indicating start stop failure. We bought ours new in 2018, and it only has 50,000 miles on it. Even with lower mileage it’s developing numerous other electrical issues reported by other owners. Apparently the Pacifica’s are notorious for electrical problems that all seem to drain either the main battery or aux.., and both batteries with the start stop failure.
I hate the start stop feature in modern cars, and it seems like you almost can’t avoid it these days.

I was able to reset the light with my code reader, and it's reset function. Didn't try the unhooking negative cable -might have worked too.

The video is very helpful. My kids left a door open and drained the battery. We had replaced the aux battery about 18 months ago and the van is starting fine. However, the start /stop feature stopped working and we have the error message. Can I simply put a battery charger on the aux battery rather than replacing it? You can loosen the red terminal on the main battery to remove the auxiliary battery.
My 2019 I’ve had to deal with it three times during the 4 years. One double replacement and two more aux replacements.

If you disconnect that other connector on the negative battery terminal (main battery) it will disable the feature. No need to ever press the button. You will have a light on the dash, but I haven't notices any other effects.

I have not had to replace my start/stop battery since leaving it disconnected. And it is a more pleasant driving experience. Ignore the waring indicator on the dash board.

I had to replace the main battery a few months later so that may fix your issue as well. I haven’t had any issues at all with the warning light since I replaced the main battery.
Can you just connect the battery wires to the main battery and just use the one?
Do you need to reprogram the car after the battery install? I keep getting told it’s not a simple swap but that you need to get it programmed?

This worked for me.
Disconnect the Aux Battery Negative Terminal and insulate and secure the lead in a safe place.
The defective battery will no longer suck down the main battery. The Start/Stop will not function. The Fult light on the Dashboard will stay on. Your 2 options are: Ignore it. Or cover with electrical tape.
Take main battery out and auxiliary comes out easier
I had to do this today due to the aux battery causing the transmission to slip at times. (The dealer told me that the aux battery powers parts of the transmission)
Would love to find a video showing how you get your socket back if you drop it down into the well. There's a splash shield underneath on at least the 2020 and from what little I can see on my back, no way to get into there and get it back!

Why? Love 10mm. Very standard. Lots of small engines use them too. You just don't use 160 psi to torque.

I changed both batteries yesterday. Took surprisingly little time. However, I noticed after checking later that when I turned the vehicle off, there was a sewing machine -like sound coming from under the dash board. I don't remember it doing that previously? Reviewed Pacifica forums and looks like some A/C door or switch? Why would this have been affected?
Is there a system reset function that I need to perform in order to get everything working properly again? Notable that the radio stations were all still programmed, and it remembered Bluetooth connections, etc..

It's an actuator you can replace through the glove box they all make a crazy sound just replace it, $20 part
Ok mine had the same issue and they fixed the switch. However we are our 2nd main battery, and 3rd aux. getting an error for the 4th time. And I put the aux battery in on the 3rd time. i used a high quality interstate aux battery. Our car is a 2018 pacifica and we are also having hard shifts. So thanks whoever mentioned the aux does something for the transmission. We are also having weird electronic issues. Touch screen acting up, rear camera acting weird. I did find the box on the main battery the bolt that cranks the clamp on the positive terminal is broke from the dealer. Gonna throw the battery tender on as well to get it alll back up. Chrysler needs sued or recalled on this. What a shame. Great van except the battery issues and bullShiz.

You can pay about $100 and buy a device to plug into your port that disables auto start/stop when you turn the car on. I LOVE IT. :D

I also hate that A.S.S. feature. It only works when I pull up to a stop sign, but never in the drive thru lane.
I have the light on the dash with the an and circle around it with an exclamation mark. Battery seems fine what would you recommend is the problem. Or what to do first anyways
You may want to check the voltage on the aux battery with a multimeter, or take the car to an auto parts store where they will test the battery for free. In my experience, when the aux battery starts to go bad, it won’t be long before it drains the main battery and leaves you stranded somewhere.
Start/stop function doesnt work without a seatbelt on, i noticed the indicator light was on when you were testing, thats probably why.
I replaced my auxiliary battery and my light didn’t go off and the function is still not working!
I dropped the bolt that holds the strap down.. Any idea how long of a bolt it is I would need for a replacement?

You might try disconnecting the negative battery cable again for about 15 minutes and make sure all the colored connections on the aux harness are in the correct places. Thanks for watching.

Looks like it's been about 7 months since your battery replacement. Everything ok? Any issues? I have a 2017 pacifica (bought used in 18). I'm pretty sure I'm going to replace both batteries to be sure. Is that fairly easy? Which should I replace first?
I actually had to replace the main battery about 5 months later and should have a video for that out soon. If you don’t mind spending the money all at once, it’s probably best to replace them at the same time, but that’s probably going to cost about $350. I’m sure a dealer would want $1k or more to replace both batteries, so $350 doesn’t sound too bad when you think of it that way.
@@TorqueWagon The start stop system seems to chew through AUX batteries way too fast and then starts to shorten the lifespan of the main Pacifica battery. I hope Chrysler can do a recall/fix on this sometime.
