Hey just wanted to pop in here and say that I did this for two days starting at week 39 to start getting her in the proper positioning. Yesterday my water broke. My first contractions hit two hours later! Dilated from a 3 to a 7 in two hours, and after 40 minutes of pushing, I gave birth to my sweet baby girl! First baby and my total labor was only 8 hours from start to finish!! 39 weeks and 2 days!
You helped me so much. I am almost 7 months post partum with my 2nd. I did the miles circuit at 41 weeks and felt a huge drop when I got up from the first position. Went to pee, felt a liquid not quite like pee come out. Went on to the 2nd position. Heard and felt a huge rubber band like snap and movie type water came gushing out. I broke my water. Terrifying because it was so unexpected. I had my baby 4 hours after the first contraction. Your video gave me so much confidence after a traumatizing first birth. Miles circuit for the win, but then again at 41 weeks one finger snap can get labor going 😂.
Exercises start at 1:25 (ish). 1. Open Knee Chest for 30 minutes 2. 2:203:08 Exaggerated Side-Lying for 30 minutes (start on opposite side baby is on or on your left side). Technically only need to do one side but she recommends 30 minutes on both sides. 3. 4:10 Then side standing lunge (15 mins on both side), curb walking, or side by side stair walking for 30 minutes total.
I have been having prodromal labor for a month and at 38 +4 weeks I did this and after the entire session I felt so much better! She definitely changed her position and within 6 hours I had a bloody show and now contracting every 7 min! Thank you for this video! I recommend it ladies! ❤
@ I did this and took my time I think I fell asleep during one lol I’ll be praying for you!! We had a beautiful baby girl and the birth was beautiful!

I just wanted to let you know that your videos inspired me to give birth unmedicated. It was simply a dream of mine that I had that didn't feel possible, until I watched your videos. Your breathing techniques did wonders for pain management. All the nurses were so shocked when I came in 8 cm dilated since I wasn't screaming my head off. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
I came back to comment on this. I was scheduled to be induced and really wanted to go in naturally. I did these stretches twice. The first time nothing happened after. The second time I did them and fell asleep and woke up a hour later having contractions and the baby was born 1 1/2 hours later. These stretches helped me so much! Thank you!!
Just wanted to say that I tried EVERYTHING to get labor started at 40.5 weeks and THIS did it for me. I did every move, starting at 5pm, and went into active labor by 7pm. I finally woke my husband up at 2am to drive me to the hospital cause I couldn't take it anymore and we delivered by 7!
Hi dear thanks for your videos .I did this exercise three I was 42 weeks with no sign of labour. I gave birth on Thursday and I spent only 5hours in labour
So yesterday i was 41 weeks and was scheduled to go into hospital next day to get induced . I came across this video and thought I do it for fun. Not believing it. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ 5 hours later, I had continuous contractions and went into labour, and had a natural delivered baby!
This video help me so much! I'm on my 39wks and 6days. I tried doing yoga and other exercises since my 37wks yet I did not feel any sign of labor until june 20 in the morning after I saw this video on june 19 in 10pm . I tried it just the 1st and 2nd position because I fall asleep while on the 2nd position and the next day june 20, early morning I feel like I have intense menstrual cramps and went to hospital at almost 8am and the nurses said that my cervix dilated and already 9cm. After a while at 9:32am , my baby boy was born via Normal Delivery. ❤️ Thank you so much! 💕💕
Did it at 6am, and had contractions at 9am, baby was here at 1:17 pm! I am in shock this worked, I read the comments but still crazy to know it’s real.
The miles circuit worked for me 🤗🤗🤗! I was able to have an unmedicated VBAC birth after 2 c-sections after completing this ❤️! I just posted my birth story on my channel 🙏🏿! I’ll be recommending this to all my doula clients also! Thanks for sharing 🥰!
The miles circuit worked for me. I was almost 40 weeks and did not want to be induced. However, i did the circuit twice on different days. The first day being Nov 9th at 3pm and Nov 11th at 8pm (this time, I walked over 2 miles in the evening and my husband helped with nipple stimulation but the stimulation was less than 5 mins on each side). I am not sure if those also help speed up the labor process..I went into labor Nov 12th at 2:30am and delivered a healthy baby girl at 6am, unmedicated. On a side note, my baby was sunny side up during delivery..I am not sure if the circuit method made her move into a different position. The last ultrasound - she was in the ideal position for delivery - not sunny side up. Overall, my labor was successfully with no issues and she came out within 3 push. Hopefully my birth story will help someone here too! If you are unsure, try the circuit. But be aware of the baby position changes.
I'm gonna say thank you so much for sharing useful videos for moms. This exercises helped me 3 month ago, I was thinking about to have a birth as soon as possible because it was 39 week and 5 days then I did this workout on 25th May at 4pm during half an hour and at 7pm I felt pain in my stomach. At 6 am in the morning of 26th May I had my baby ❤
Thank you for this video! I'm 39+4 right now and I will try those exercises today. Hopefully I can support my little baby boy to descent deeper and start labor.
@@vinczemarti oh it's lovely that you're expecting a girl. I wait for my little boy to make his way into the world. I noticed that my body prepares (baby boy already sits pretty deep in the pelvis and I definitely get some contractions), but no sign of actual labor starting :c no mucous plug, no water breaking, no regular contractions. It's hard to wait because this is my first time and I don't know what awaits me. But I'm hopeful and also tried out the positions. I also wish you strength and hopefully you don't have to wait much longer ❤️
@@sakurafan000I noticed changes too, she sits deeper, I get lightning crotch occasionally, but same, no mucus plug, no water breaking, no regular contractions. I even had more Braxton Hicks in the previous weeks 😯 This is my second pregnancy, but still totally new, because I had to be induced with my first one, so I never experienced labor signs naturally coming on. My first is a baby boy ❤ you will love him ❤❤❤
Did this at 40+3 @ 2pm as well as your labour inducing meditation. Woke up with spotting the next morning and my water broke @ 11am. My daughter was born at 10pm that night. Cannot believe this worked so well, definitely worth a try if you’re past due and over it lol
I swear by intercourse! I had my third baby last week at 39+4 and my contractions started within 30 min after intercourse. Same as with my second baby. Nipple play especially during intercourse seems to do magic for me. Good luck momma's ❤

Could it potentially cause baby to move out of an optimum position if they ARE in the optimal position??? My midwives are confident baby is in the perfect position (ultrasound verified too) but I have ZERO inclination of labor. I’d almost think I’m not even pregnant. 🙃
I wonder about this equally. On my third baby the appointment before baby was engaged and I went into labor a few days later. In early labor I decided to start the miles circuit, and did. My trend in labor had been decreasing the time in half (first 14 hours, second 8 hours) but something went off and the third labor went to 26 hours... the only thing I did differently was the miles circuit. I've read a few other comments of women stating that a baby who was correctly engaged flipped to breach after the miles circuit... so my thought it that I'm going to avoid the part of the full circuit which involves positioning ones butt in the air, and hands and head down, because it's perhaps this position that moves an engaged baby back out. No scientific facts to back this... just my own personal experience...
@gabriellebarker08 Worked a little but not as well as I hoped In the end I had a membrane sweep which sped up my contractions but it only has about a 30% chance of working per person
