The NHS can partly be sorted by getting rid of most lifestyle diseases eg obesity, type 2 diabetes, atherosclerosis, certain mental disorders, certain types of liver and kidney disease caused by complications of and related to type 2 diabetes. The measures are fasting, exercise, more vegetables and sufficient rest - most of those items are free. Freeing up the clog caused by lifestyle diseases should help with waiting times and it costs nearly nothing to do. The boats can be sorted using Australian techniques.
You fall victim to a lack of education. The reason people are obese is because food technology companies are developing the food to have low nutritive value. Thus people have to eat more. To go after the victims of the wealthy is perfectly on-brand for a Tory though 👍.
I emigrated to UK from Eastern Europe. For me the Conservative Party was the party of Thatcher and I imagined I will vote for it when I become a citizen. I am a citizen now and I cannot vote conservative cos it is the party of Johnson and Sunak, people who talk a lot and do nothing, at least nothing that could be described as conservative. My problem is: I have nobody to vote for. I don't see the present-day Thatcher.
My 5 One Nation Conservatives' priorities 1.) Rejoin the European Union. 2.) Deal with reasons for Brexit. 3.) Genuinely level up - support genuine aspiration & compassion. 4.) Protect the Union. 5.) Mediate & engage genuinely in the world.
5 actual One Nation Conservatives' priorities 1.) Leave the ECHR. 2.) Deal with illegal crossings. 3.) Genuinely level up by focusing on teaching business and apprenticeships. 4.) Protect the Union by rolling back devolution. 5.) Reverse globalization and turn more inward to stabilize and strengthen through splendid isolation.
1.) Tell the frogs once and for all we don't want to rejoin the European union. 2.) Deal will the mongs that can't accept a democratic vote. 3.) Level up - support struggling families that have lived here for generations. 4.) Give Scotland ,Wales and NI the vote, they can put up or shut up. If they stay then they start paying uni and prescription fees. 5.) Stuff the world ,we've done more than enough already. Leave the global wef behind.

You want a priority, look up the meaning of conservatism and actually try being that. There is a start. Maybe identify that conservative values like free speech in the country don't exist anymore, how about that? How about not allowing Hamas terrorist supporters to hold a demonstration outside the Israeli consulate in London 2 days after terrorist attacks in Israel, how about that?
