    I would LOVE an updated what you eat in a day video along side this because I noticed your body really looks healthy. It doesn’t look malnourished or stressed out. Just seems like you’re getting the right amount of nutrients and I’d love to get some more ideas on how to do that myself.

    Holy hell this is intense. I followed along at the gym today but was only able to do 2 sets of each (following 20 mins on the stairmaster). Definitely going to try for 6 sets. Thank you for the motivation!! Would love more of these vids ❤❤

    I don't know if you'll see this comment, but I wanted to let you know something I noticed. When you were doing your lunges, I noticed your knees went inward. Which can cause knee pain long term or even short term if you did it with weight. It just means you have weak hip abductors. You can research it and look into it yourself. To fix it, you'd just have to incorporate hip abductor exercises and then it'll strengthen that area to prevent your knees from shifting inward when doing lunges. That'll prevent knee pain from ever happening. Hopefully this helps! ☺️

      So I actually talked to my Trainor today and he said I’m actually not doing it wrong because I have hips and it’s not a straight line it may look that way but I’m doing it correct! Phew haha

      @@CarliBel55 I don't know if you'll see this response, and this is in no way to come across rude or anything of that sort. I know messages can be read differently than intended. I just know doing your own research is what I'd recommend. I've looked into things and have heard very different opinions, but from all my research I personally get opinions from physical therapists since they've gone to medical school. Squat university on TH-cam is a great channel for getting information on form, mobility, and technique to prevent injury. Your issue that I personally feel like I see could also be a hip mobility thing too. I'm not qualified in this field to make that call so take what I say as just things you could look into for yourself. But I also have hips, I'm very hippy. But I found out that my hip mobility wasn't where it needed to be and at the beginning I also had weak hip abductors. Even professional athletes can have these issues as seen on squat universities TH-cam channel. Working out and needing improvements is a never ending cycle. It's always about just building our bodies to continue to grow and get stronger and become a healthier version of itself. I personally don't think having hips means your knees/legs shouldn't be straight based off my research. I'd worry about your knees. You are entitled to your own opinion off of knowledge you gather. I'd just recommend looking into more than just one opinion and then making a judgement call because having more than one is never bad. But girl, you're looking great and beautiful! Hope everything continues to go great for you! 💞 I know your personal trainer has your best interest. This comment is only with love. ☺️

    I just would like to put it out there that toes going over the knee isn't a bad thing.... when you walk up and stairs, your knee will likely go over your toes, when you hike, same thing. In out every day lives are knees will go over our toes, so train them to do so. This is where injury comes from, not training them, not thr fact that we train with our toes going over our knees. Keeping our knees aligned is important, not allowing them to cave in which I have noticed others have picked up on and informed.

    Actually, there’s nothing wrong with knees going over the feet as long as the pressure isn’t on the toes, but more on heels :)

    CrossFit trainer and gym owner here. Squat depth isn’t being met in the goblet squats. Knees need to be higher than the hip crease. Those are zero count burpees. A traditional burpee would have a push-up and jump then clap hands above head. Lunges look pretty good. I don’t think your knee is coming on all of them. I noticed you do have hips. I would focus on just moving more controlled in your lunges, that may mean slowing down a tad to prevent your knee from coming in. Good for you to be working out and getting in time to take care of yourself and health. 🎉

      Exactly even if they didn’t do the push up for the burpee at least they could have had better form extended the legs out feet together when extended core tight hips tucked in and landing always in a squat position before you jump up.

    I noticed he didn’t correct the other girls form at all and it was killing me, her rounded back and the over swinging the kettle bell with momentum was not good. I wish he corrected her form for many reasons esp avoiding injuries.

      As a weight lifter this whole thing was cringe - she shouldn’t be paying him! He paid no attention to form - which was incorrect most of the time 🙀🤦🏻‍♀️

      Correct me if I’m wrong but when you do the swings isn’t it supposed to be to eye level not too high up.. the squats did not seem low enough and the burpees could have been half burpees but there is still a jump at the end. It’s not just about how you look but you could injure yourself.

      He didn’t correct either of their form they slacked so much no core tension and those abs exercise didn’t incorporate proper breathing technique.

      I know many doctors who are prescribing low doses of semiglutides/Rx’s such as Ozempic/wegovia/ manjouro etc. not saying that’s the case here but with the influencers today you gotta take things with a grain of salt. The celebrity world is heavily influencing these influencers to look a very slim sale selling way. The incentive is there.
