I've sadly gotten away from my workouts because of working wayyyy too much during the Xmas insanty (retail sucks) and basically was just in survival mode, BUT I;m BACK and this was perrrrfect! Thanks Paige xo
Hey just saw your video first time.i have alot of calves fat and muscles. Is Barre good for me too? I don't want to get them bulky if i will do calf raises don't they get more bulky?
