9:40 time for another Splatoon 1 fact , the inklings used to use power from underground domes , maybe they used fossil fuels , but this source of power was declining rapidly , eventually the Great Zapfish and possibly the regular Zapfishes were found. These fishies were inspired by the real life electric catfish. But in both Splatoon 1 & 2 the zapfish don't electrocute the Inklings , it's almost like they are a pet fish , and since Octolings are similar to Inklings , they probably captured the zapfish since the zapfishes can't tell the difference. Also , a funny little secret in Splatoon 2 , sometimes the great zapfish will fly around Inkopilis and circle the deca tower , but if it was enslaved , it would fly away never to be seen again since they put the big guy outside. He also shows up in Piranha pit at one minute left , but I won't tell you where he appears , so the zapfishes probably aren't enslaved , but are kept like pets in a water tank , and since they have electrical powers , a wire is connected to the tank they are in , and the Great Zapfish just powers everything in Inkopilis.

I know this is a joke, but I still want to debunk these points. 10. They respawn after they're splatted, and they do it for fun. 9. The vendors don't MAKE the clothes, they SELL them. The clothes are made by their respective companies(Krak-on, Annaki). 8. Those are obviously not fried fish, they're waffles, potatoes, and hotdogs, which are either vegan, or made with meats from the Inkling equivalent of livestock. 7. The dumb things they focus on are just competitions, and yes, they do care about important things, as seen from the beginning cutscene which shows the pop-stars reporting on the missing Zapfish and/or Callie going missing. 6. Most of Salmonid technology are technology the Inklings have, too. The fly fish use tentas missiles, the Stingers use, well, Stingers, and steelheads just use bigger bombs, and the only reason they're more powerful is because they're made from their own explosive saliva. Inklings can fly too, using that one new ability that I can't remember the name of. Also, Salmonids attack with EATING UTENSILS AND COOKING EQUIPMENT, instead of stuff like splatter shots and rollers. 5. The answer is in the name, they use the eggs as power sources, after all, Sheldon does use them to upgrade weapons. 4. The pop-stars don't tell them what stages to splay on, they tell them what stages they CAN play on. And it's normal for people to be obsessed with celebrities. Oh, and advertisements isn't instantly "selling out". 3. Maybe Splatoon takes place in their free time. 2. 9:40 time for another Splatoon 1 fact , the inklings used to use power from underground domes , maybe they used fossil fuels , but this source of power was declining rapidly , eventually the Great Zapfish and possibly the regular Zapfishes were found. These fishies were inspired by the real life electric catfish. But in both Splatoon 1 & 2 the zapfish don't electrocute the Inklings , it's almost like they are a pet fish , and since Octolings are similar to Inklings , they probably captured the zapfish since the zapfishes can't tell the difference. Also , a funny little secret in Splatoon 2 , sometimes the great zapfish will fly around Inkopilis and circle the deca tower , but if it was enslaved , it would fly away never to be seen again since they put the big guy outside. He also shows up in Piranha pit at one minute left , but I won't tell you where he appears , so the zapfishes probably aren't enslaved , but are kept like pets in a water tank , and since they have electrical powers , a wire is connected to the tank they are in , and the Great Zapfish just powers everything in Inkopilis.

7. The dumb things they focus on are just competitions, and yes, they do care about important things, as seen from the beginning cutscene which shows the pop-stars reporting on the missing Zapfish and/or Callie going missing.
6. Most of Salmonid technology are technology the Inklings have, too. The fly fish use tentas missiles, the Stingers use, well, Stingers, and steelheads just use bigger bombs, and the only reason they're more powerful is because they're made from their own explosive saliva. Inklings can fly too, using that one new ability that I can't remember the name of. Also, Salmonids attack with EATING UTENSILS AND COOKING EQUIPMENT, instead of stuff like splatter shots and rollers.
5. The answer is in the name, they use the eggs as power sources, after all, Sheldon does use them to upgrade weapons.
4. The pop-stars don't tell them what stages to splay on, they tell them what stages they CAN play on. And it's normal for people to be obsessed with celebrities. Oh, and advertisements isn't instantly "selling out".
