I decided that in 2019 I'll start a new series about my favorite jeans every 3 months bc I feel like that will give you all the biggest change in denim I wear. I usually wear my favorites for a while and don't want to bore you if I don't get any new ones!
That being said - I will definitely make other denim videos too about certain styles/brands/shapes!!

I am like you I love my levi’s!!! But also have recently discovered some not so popular styles from topshop; the editor jeans and the new boyfriend (size down) but they are the few styles at topshop that are 100% cotton but they are really soft and not that rigid style, kind of have a worn feel. So you can get that more comfy feel but still be 100% cotton

Re: the comment about you including lower priced denim...I’d be curious to see how Everlane denim fits your frame. The cheeky cut is my fav & although we have completely different body types I feel like they look good on everyone!

These videos are super helpful, however I do find that I HAVE to try on denim in-store. The few times I’ve ordered online they were either so tight that there way no way they were going to fit over my button, or super super loose and unflattering. Try on your denim, people!! It’s worth it!
What wash are the Levi’s? You linked “can’t touch this” but they look more like “old hangouts”?
I think they're "old hangouts" I bought "can't touch this" and they're definitely lighter. Also pictures of "old hangouts" match the distressing exactly!

My first pair of Levi’s Wedgies just arrived today and oh my goodness they are snug. 😱 I’m trusting your advice and going to stick to breaking them in because I love they way they look. Do the knee rips become bigger over time? Do they stop ripping at some point? I’m concerned they’re going to be too ripped. Always enjoy your videos, thank you!

I have a few pairs of non stretch denim and every review says to wear them and they wiil stretch but then I wash them and im back at square one. How often are you washing your denim?
I don’t wash my denim often! You’re not supposed to. People put them in the freezer to kill smells if for some reason there is some. Then I wash them maybe every few months if i wear them like an excessive amount and I spilled something on them etc. If you wash them, do hand washing in room temp water or delicate in a machine in “eco warm” bc that’s close to room temp I believe and then air dry ! That should help the shrinking.

Hey there fellow 5'0''! I have a pair of Levi's Wedgie Straight that comes down right at my ankles (and they're 100% cotton too!) so you might want to try those. Other than that you would have to DIY the hem of your jeans or take them to tailor. Or if you're also a fan of Citizen of Humanity jeans like Jess and know what inseams work for you, you can request Citizen of Humanity to hem your jeans when you buy them online. Once altered they're not returnable though so what I do is I order a pair of jeans I like as is, try them on at home, make sure I them the fit and the wash, return them, and order them again with my request for inseam alteration :) a lot of work but all it takes is time since shipping and returning are free anyway

Hey! Thanks for watching ! I will be doing a dedicated lower price point Jean video. But as for my “actual favourite jeans” they will usually be on the higher price point side because I’ve tested a LOT of brands ranging from low to high prices and there really is no comparison when it comes to fit, wash and style ! Which is why my favorites in this video are on the higher end. The Levi’s are under $100 though 🤗 and the AGOLDE and all the citizens I got on sale so just keep an eye out 🧡😘
