- The development of our Carpentry skills has been impeded by our lack of components derived from Tailoring. We are able to progress through Tailoring just so far, when we are forced to hunt the local fauna for bone fragments.

I was thinking of playing this with my wife. I’ve read it takes a village of people to successfully do this game is that true? I just want to play with my wife. Is it also possible to mostly avoid pvp? At least minimize it? Lastly can people attack your base? Thanks!

OK, answers:
- Our clan, 'Two Old Guys', has been four players since launch of Early Release. We have other members, but we have been the most consistent. So, NO, it doesn't take a "village", but playing with others does help.
- You can completely avoid PvP -- that is ONLY in a specific map of the Shard. The resources available in the PvP map are available elsewhere, just far more rare (FAR more rare) than in that map.
- The areas of the Shard in which building is possible are 'Home Valleys', which are PvE ONLY, and you designate who has access to your plots
I hope you do join the game. If you do so on the 'Selene' Shard, Inis Gallia Province, Langres Home Valley, look up the Two Old Guys. We'll lend you a hand whether you join our clan, or not.
