Its a nice looking home. But, lose the side walkway outside for two reasons...need room for a dining table even if its small, and there is not enough closet space in the bedroom. If you consolidated that outside space, you'd have enough space for both. I'd be interested to see a 1 bedroom with six hundred square feet, 1 & 1/2 baths with a larger pantry and a laundry room with storage shelves. Storage is the missing element in most of the small homes.
Love it! I would swap out the kitchen sink for a big farm sink, add a moveable kitchen island and a hand shower option in the shower but those are minor changes, this is lovely!!
Yeah I prefer tankless, but I think the reason why is amp draw (but then again this one isn't classified as an RV anyway so you shouldn't be limited by that, it's probably because its what they had)
One of my favorites. Great front porch with a real fireplace. I would love this with the porch screened in. Another change would be to use instant hot water heater and have another closet in the bedroom. Cost is always a consideration and both changes bump up the price. Thanks Mr. Tiny.
With the water heater taking up what would normally be closet space, I would want to get rid of the built-in dresser in order to extend the closet across that space. Drawers can always be built into a bed box.
Thank you Mr. Tiny for showing this beautiful home; you guys hit it all. The wrapped around porch is gorgeous, as is the color theme, railing, and wood burning stove. The inside is spacious and functional with a perfect sized kitchen. I would definitely rent or buy this model...
This is a really cool home! Love having the exterior door in the bedroom and part of the side porch could be screened in so my cat can be outside and protected. The only changes I would make are to add a 1/2 bath and remove the fireplace because it is hard to handle at my age and limited mobility.
Finally just make some in a few different models that are like 410-425ft. And I am positive I’m not the only one that will be jumping at this. But more contemporary or modern models thx Mr. Tiny
Absolutely excited about this new series! Congrats on all your hard work & season 3. I always enjoy watching. Fabulous floor plan, color choices & love your matching suit! You are the Best Mr Tiny & RRC!
It’s a nice home, I prefer the 600 sq ft home for $125.000. I like having a place for a dinning table, a place for a sofa and a chair so everyone isn’t stuck next to each other. I love this home has a dishwasher. The 600ft home as well. I feel, now this just my opinion 12 ft just wasn’t a big enough change. The 540 sq ft you still feel tiny but have that much more room … nice job on the tour as usual. Your homes always look built so well!
Almost perfect! As the other comments stated, a Tankless Water Heater, and a 2nd BR Closet would be much better, and I'd rather see Darker Kitchen Cabinets, a Darker Floor, Trim, and no Exterior Fireplace. A porch is necessary, but the Wrap-Around Porch Style is almost too much. Otherwise, I'll take it! lol 💜💜💜
Love this!! Wrap around porch, outside living area. Really everything, wish the closet was bigger but I know about the limited space. Maybe have a tank less water heater? 🤔🤔🤔🤔
I absolutely really love this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite feature of this place is the wrap around porch. I also love how spacious It is inside and that it has a door leading out from your bedroom.
I love that there is actual living space here. I want to see so many more in this size. Maybe one with a 2nd bedroom. I don't wanna go full size, but really need just s little extra space.
Beautiful, Mr. Tiny! Love the outside space! Since it is a single section, I would add a little space, and make it 600+ instead. Do you have one like this on the outside, a bit bigger with more square feet?
Of course, if I were designing my own dream place, I would have a bit bigger bedroom, a walk in closet in the bedroom, a small laundry room, and a small loft for storage.
Some are correct, a little wider or longer on the living room space… haven’t got to the bathroom yet… do you have a nice shower for walking handcaped? I love those pretty ones in the tiny homes with cool tile, half wall, and room for all your business!
Love the end kitchen, we need to see more of them. The only change I would make is remove the drawers in the bedroom and enlarge the closet with maybe some shelves.
Beautiful home, especially with the design of the wood chosen for this home. Awesome deck! Someone did a great job with the "furniture and decor" 😁 Everything is flowing.
Perfect tiny kitchen. Only thing i would change- Go back to the double closet in the bedroom, and in the one with the higher ceiling on the left, Do an on demand, hot water heater up above the shelf
Still on the outside, which looks lovely. A very big quibble. In many jurisdictions the railing on the porch will not be legal. What you have is a system that a child could climb. Railings MUST have vertical pickets no more than 4 inches apart and 42 inches in height for safety. The kitchen is really well thought out. The hickory cabinets are beautiful. The window over the sink is terrific. The work surface is really nice. One of the few houses with a kitchen I really like. It looks like there might be space for a dining table just inside the door, which is nice. The living room is a nice size. I would be tempted to move the side porch smaller by moving the second door up to the front door. The extra footprint would allow space for a proper dining table. Since that porch is really a corridor, moving the space inside would nicely improve flow. You could do a radical rethink and move the living room up to the front, and build a double fireplace on the end wall. Many times the fire would be enough to heat the entire home, saving electricity. A U shaped kitchen would fit where the living room is now, with a nice table for eating. The plumbing would be easier, as the sink, laundry, and bathroom lines are all in a small area. It is a lovely small house.
I love this house! I agree that a tankless water heater, but I can understand not using one if you're trying to keep down the cost. Otherwise, I think it's a beautiful, quality home.
Stretchin that sucker out length wise and adding another bedroom and bath would be perfect. Keep the wrap around porch and color scheme, setting that model apart from ALL other singlewides.
not bad- want two outside spigots- one for a watering hose- and one for the drip irrigation system to connect to. Might need two more outlets on the deck area- one for the drip irrigation timer, and then one on the front or other side close to the ground need to plug the electric mower/leaf blower into and Christmas lights. possibly also have a box to run wiring out of to the shed. This is cool. If I was on the beach- would add a six foot back porch and a door with a outdoor shower. ohhh and possibly some electric solar shades - would need one outlet for those. Someplaces would want to screen in the porch- so the underside would need some good screening.
Wished porch fireplace was corner black smaller, wished kitchen had gas stove, let’s leave they living room built in - out, tankless hot water heater in laundry area would give main master room second closet… I do love the porch!
I like the outside color combo and having a little more space inside, but wouldn't like giving up a closet for the water heater, especially when you only have 2 small closets and you have to give up one. That's a big deal in a tiny home. Note to builder below. I don't like how the front door doesn't line up in the middle of the entry rails on the narrow porch. You have a post in front of the door as you can see at the 3:18 and 3:26 mark. Even if you are not in a wheelchair that is weird. Not being negative just giving the builder some improvement ideas. But, since I am in a wheelchair, I could love everything about the home, but that one post would make me say no in a hurry.
@@australianwoman9696 I don't mind at all. I'm interested in something between tiny and a single section. That's why I'm excited to see what designs they come up with in this new series
Hey Mr.Tiny, I really like this unit The Augusta. I really like the true wood burning fireplace on the front porch! I think I would do away with the 3 foot wide side porch,so you would get alittle more livable space! I would like to see a real wood burning fireplace in either the living room or the bedroom, but that is my preference! I like how you have done the ceilings throughout the home in the yellow pine boards. I do like that you have the kitchen up front. I can't wait for you to put out another video of one that is around 575 square foot to 650 square foot with one or two real wood burning fireplaces. I would like to see you do one with a multi-port sprayer shower fixtures in the shower! Thank you Mike "Mr.Tiny" Timmons for bringing these amazing and awesome tiny homes to us! Your new fan Leonard from North Carolina! Say someone was to come see what you have in stock and on your lot and they want to buy one from you a few they live in North Carolina would you deliver it to them?!
It's a lovely home but that huge fireplace looks out of place on that small deck. Also, what's that wavy ceiling on the deck verandah? I love the spacious living room & kitchen in this home!
Great home. Thanks for sharing . Would really like to know that skirting, gutters, and adding landscaping are financed and what the type of loan to add the product as an adu to my property?
Why don't they just move the bathroom door forward or the bedroom door forward and just have one door that covers the little entryway with the washer and dryer, the bathroom, and the bedroom behind one door? Wouldn't you gain more square footage and you won't have to look at an ugly washer and dryer. Am I wrong?
Man, i was hoping for a 2 bedroom 1-2 baths on a "Single Section Sunday," nope-another tiny home with an extra 12 sq feet. 😐 Exterior colors are nice with the porch but inside, once again, rustic floors and rustic cabinets with a non tile shower for that price? I like the ceiling though.
Please do NOT put full-size windows where wall space is limited. Transom windows in the bedroom and the living room, and I would change the door style to the porch in the bedroom as well. Find another place for the water heater. The closets are too important. I love the porch, but I would prefer that the part up front be screened-in. My favorite feature is the kitchen up front! For more space, I feel the bathroom is smaller and the bedroom is cramped. The rest looks good.
Still too small for a full time living situation for me. I didn't see any linen storage in the bathroom. And that closet in the bedroom is way too small. Would make a cute short term rental unit
I don't know of many people that would like an exterior door in their bedroom. That was a poor choice. The coloring of things throughout the house poor choice. The large outdoor porch on the and should have been fixed where it was Screen in
The outside is perfection the inside is diarrhea. I would paint all of the Southern yellow pine White the inside hurt my soul when you walked through the door...
I love your tiny mansion; perfect size it could not be more perfect.

Cute home. A tankless water heater would give buyers much of a 2nd bedroom closet :)
I think they should be universal.
Yeah I prefer tankless, but I think the reason why is amp draw (but then again this one isn't classified as an RV anyway so you shouldn't be limited by that, it's probably because its what they had)
@@tjh4115 Ah yes, because there's no downside right? 🙄🙄🙄
Exactly!! I will never have another water tank in my house since I’ve had my tankless.
@karlahiggins5993 Was it expensive? My 40 gallon tank water heater is just about gonzo & it will cost at least $1200 to replace, labor included.
One of my favorites. Great front porch with a real fireplace. I would love this with the porch screened in. Another change would be to use instant hot water heater and have another closet in the bedroom. Cost is always a consideration and both changes bump up the price. Thanks Mr. Tiny.

If I remember correctly, screens are an add-on you have to pay for.
I like both the wraparound porch and the extra sq ft ❤
Finally just make some in a few different models that are like 410-425ft. And I am positive I’m not the only one that will be jumping at this. But more contemporary or modern models thx Mr. Tiny
I like the layout of this home. I do have one suggestion, the window in the bedroom would probably be more effective if it was higher and wider.
Very pretty but the solid bright white fireplace stands out like a sore thumb.
This is a very cozy tiny home.
Love the porch and a bigger home

Mr Tiny is looking sharp in that suit!! Loving the tiny home except I don’t like the outdoor fireplace. I would rather have it an open area.
Beautiful hickory cabinets ! Countertops are very beautiful earthy tones

Love the front end kitchen!
It s pretty - but only 12 more square feet? I think you should have gone the full Florida 500 square feet. Nice porch and out door fireplace.
Mr. Tiny is an excellent spokesperson for this product. Visited website after the great tour.

I love this layout but I do miss the loft : )
