    **គ្រឿងផ្សំ:
    . ពងមាន់ក្រហម 8គ្រាប់
    . ម្សៅនំខេក 105g
    . ម្សៅពោត 15g
    . ប្រេងឆាអ៊ុនៗ 95g
    . ទឹកដោះគោ 90g
    . ពងមាន់ស 8គ្រាប់
    . ទឹកខ្មេះចំនួន 4g
    . អំបិល 2g
    . ស្ករស 90g
    **ចាក់ពងមាន់ដែលវាយរួចចូលក្នុងថាសទំហំ 22 x 30cm
    ** ដុតនៅក្នុងឡដែលមានកំដៅហើយស្រាប់ កំដៅខាងលើ150°C /ខាងក្រោម170°C 65-70នាទី
    ** Ingredients:
    . 8 eggs yolk
    . 105g of cake flour
    . 15g of corn starch
    . 95g of cooking oil
    . 90g of milk
    . 8 egg whites
    . 4g of vinegar
    . 2g of salt
    . 90g of sugar
    ** Pour into the cake tin about 22 x 30cm high
    **Bake in preheated oven at Heat above the oven150°C / below 170°C for 65-70 minutes
