Welcome back to another episode and thank you for your on going support. In this episode we have Rudy and his very clean EG hatch. it is powered by a K series motor and the outside has been tastefully modified. He bought the car from Texas and has kept it in the mint condition that he purchased it. He has plans to build an NA monster down the road. However, for now he is just enjoying the reliability and cleaning less of his Red Diva. Thank you and enjoy!

Honda needs to bring this style of hatchback back!
*they can't and won't! due to all the higher safety restrictions* in cars now..BUT in *2088* they're will be an inventor that will make this machine that can replicate any body style car, no matter the year make or model. it will ONLY be the body shell the customer will be able to choose the parts that can go on it from brake pads all the way up to engine harness. All from this same place. Its gonna be amazing.
So many older cars look better and sound better than the newer versions deadass car company’s would make so much more fucking money if they went back to the old style of cars

👍I know exactly how he feels... I had a few Honda's in my day, but there's just something different, something special about an EG hatch.
I’m 35 and until now I only ever knew how to change tires, the fluids and other basic shit on a vehicle.
Bought a 92 Eg si that needs lots of work, currently cleaning my tranny so I can put it back on, change rear main seal, clutch, vtec solenoid, tps sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, dip stick, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, exhaust gasket,
Still have to do the a/c, add gauges under AC controls, do something with the carpet, change out steering wheel, brake line tuck, fuel line upgrade, silicone coolant hoses, a nice seat and maybe some fluffy dice
I am glad you are doing things to your car man. Keep at it brotha. Enjoy the car and the process while building and breaking parts.

I have a CRV with a K24 in it at the moment and honestly it's such a good cruising engine even in a big CRV, it must be a dream at low rpms in the civic.

Amazing cool car! I can only dream that one day mine will be that nice. Word of caution to the owner, though- that cross bar directly behind the seats can cause some serious head trauma in even a relatively minor crash- they are meant to be used only in a "race" scenario with full safety gear such as helmets. Let's hope he never has a crash!

I’ve just picked up an EG in England that has been owned by an older gent for 20+ years and it’s a 1.5 manual LSI and it’s only done 61k mikes would you believe. It’s absolutely MINT!!

blue one is real nice,..both nice,.. i have 94 eg my self , and i keeping mines,..they are becoming rare,.and more expensive,..you dont see them much on the road anymore,..so keep your honda,..eg's,.there easy to work on, and make them nice like the one here in this videos,.

I just recently a week ago bought a 2012 Civic Si from this chick whom had bought it for her bf 🤣, caught him cheating took the car and sold it, $4k cash 😳. Anywho car drives amazing and smooth. I want a hatch eg but here in Texas it's hard to find one in good condition and running well for that matter 🙄! An eg in good condition are already modded. I will continue my hunt for an eg hatch.
Is why here in 817 they are super rare. So quit the civic integra game. And came up on a 96 Accord Wagon.

Mine is an OEM blue like from the commercial and there’s no damage with the paint but the rust. 😪😅 there’s not much rust work to it aside from that I got the passenger fender a little bit pushed in from damage (yes it is a rebuilt title but a lot of these cars are now a days anyways) 😅 I just hope the winter goes by quickly cause when it is gone it’s going for paint. 👈😎👈

sweet ride but I'd lose those ff type ones had a set on my dc5 and literally snapped one in half so now I run b.c . and no issues also you can adjust dampening unlike the f.f type 1s

I had a B20v swapped eg hatch Aztec original paint that had 77k on it
I got a 1993 hatch from Craigslist. I don’t know what I bought but it’s crazy fast. Motor says ve tech on it spark plugs go threw the middle of motor and it’s got a ocean green plat across the motor. Rpm’s go above 8 Sunroof electrical windows ect purple color. I see many hatch’s but all different paint jobs from mine. I haven’t seen another 1 like it here. Why

I love the car, Milano Red is one of my favorite colors. As far as the hood goes, is there nothing you can do to get it to fit oem when you have a k-swap?
Sentree I believe there is with different mounts but then the oil pan sits too close to the ground. Don’t wanna risk anything like that. I can deal with the hood

Al B the hood doesn’t clear the motor when leveled so that’s where the spacers come in
