I really like how you call out house rules as they happen- they all seem totally reasonable but the heads up that it’s not the official rule is helpful for learning.
@ yeah. Swarms and smaller figs can still screen to keep assault units away but it seems odd that very small creatures could screen gigantic vehicles from fire. Fortunately the people I play with regularly are pretty reasonable when it comes to adapting the game to reflect what makes sense. In a tournament setting with a larger group of strangers it’ll be different.
Love the zerg army. Amazing for OPR. Guess we learned what would happen if the Imperial Guard fought the Zerg…sorry the “Human Defence Force” 😂 I’ve never been in love with OPR’s random objectives each round. I personally prefer the objectives being more evenly spread around the map or something you have a whole game to try and achieve.
Is it just me, or did you make a mistake with the first activation? The guy said that the tank's main gun has blast 3 and I think you have have missed it.
I started typing out the text somewhere other than the video editor to help catch those errors. This was one of the last battles I recorded before doing that. Hopefully the errors will decrease.
I love your batreps, I love your armies, I love your voice, your style... but for some reason, those pebbles around your terrain pieces always, always annoy me :P your table is beautiful, but those random pebbles that are obviously unpainted and just strewn around add nothing, only detract from the amazing look of your videos. Hope you don't take it the wrong way, this is a very small nitpick, and the only thing I can even remotely critique, which speaks volumes about the overall quality of your videos! Keep it up!
Really? I got the idea from channels like Winters SEO and Striking Scorpion, and they have amazing tables. I wonder if the pebbles are either too big, or need to be painted to blend in a bit more.
@@Good.Nuff.Gaming I just tuned into a couple of their batreps, and yes, apparently this is a thing! However, in the two reports I watched they both used mono-coloured pieces, and they lookd more like flat slate (like basing materials). Rough, textured and fitted to the table. Yours I'd guess are aquarium pebbles? multi-coloured and round. I am guessing you want to achieve a look of use, battle damage and debris, but due to the smoothness and varying colours that don't match either table or ruins, they don't add the desired effect. But hey, maybe it's just a me thing - I didn't like them in the videos of the two content creators you mentioned, either, but they looked a bit more homogenous there ;) Still, the table is gorgeous, and with the pebbles, it's stilll.. Good 'Nuff!

Thanks. I don't want players mistaking our house rules for the official ones
We’ve added a house rule based upon model size. 1, 2 or 3. Models can shoot and be shot over models that are smaller sizes.
Sounds simple. I have found though that there are tactics with screening if you play it as is. Going to experiment a bit and see what works best.

My Guard will one day have their victory!
Challenge accepted.
Excellent batrep and fantastic terrain and miniatures!!
Ravagers being artillery, having one shot, rending and hitting on 5 actually checks out
I want to run them as the more powerful version and see how that works.
For the swarm!!!
loved the game guys. love the advanced rules inclusion. really makes this game shine
I'm finding that I'm liking about 85% of the advanced rules stuff. Only a few things have been "won't try that again."
Great game! Love seeing a new player killing bugs!!
Zereeeeeggggggggg!!!!!
Maybe my Dao Union army should be Protoss?
“Spawn more overlords”
That's an idea. I need flyer and transports...
We have the same house rule based on the tough of the model.
That's an easy way to keep it straight. You do any toughness can see over a lower toughness?
@@Good.Nuff.Gaming 1 and 3 are the same, and then the higher toughs can see over or are blocked by each other.

Most likely. Brandon had only play 2-3 games and I miss a lot when filming.
Good battle but some of the text between rounds had some bad grammar (Just a nitpick).
