- Ramen + Tteokbokki = Rabokki (라볶이). A street food dish loved by many students in Korea. This recipe consists of rice cakes, fish cakes, mini sausages, cheese, and instant noodles.
2 1/2 Cups of Water
1 Tsp of Hondashi Powder (amzn.to/3G0bEVQ)
2 Tbsp of Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste) (amzn.to/3YKAe5x)
1 Tsp of Gochugaru (Korean Chili Flakes) (amzn.to/3FTx0UB)
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp of Honey
5 ounces (17) of Rice Cakes Sticks
5 ounces (9-10) Mini Sausages (Lightly Pan-Fry First)
13-15 pieces of Fish Cakes (Chopped)
1/8 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Slices of Yellow Cheese
1 Tbsp of Parsley Flakes or Green Onions (For Garnishing)
Note: You can adjust the level of spiciness and sweetness to your liking.
Where I purchased the ingredients:
* Hondashi Powder can be found at general Asian markets. Amazon sells them as well.
* Gochugaru, Gochujang, Fish Cakes, and Rice Cakes can be found from a Korean market called H Mart if you're in the states.
* The mini sausages are from Walmart. They're the same ones I used in my mini octopus recipe video.
Thanks for watching!
