Wearing your hair up often with a traditional tape extensions application can cause stress on the natural hair. You can slightly angle some of the front pieces during your application to help relieve the stress.

How many sandwiches was used?

This was 5 packs of hair, which equals 20 sandwiches. However, we did not use full sandwiches throughout the full application. Doing a single-sided (half-sandwich), allows you to spread the hair out more.
