One of the great Cold Chisel songs. Extremely underrated, and the live version from the mini EP called "You're Thirteen, You're Beautiful, and You're Mine" is one of the best blues songs ever...
This is my 2nd favourite Chisel song, after ‘You Got Nothing I Want’. Mossy’s vocals are so smooth and wonderful to listen to... Than after a great lead break, it’s Jimmy’s turn, where he delivers his most emotionally driven lyric performance... Until the final lyrics of ‘Letter To Alan’ that is. I’ve often wondered why this was omitted from the ‘Seeing Is Believing’ VHS and the original release of the ‘Vision’ DVD... Because this really is a great clip and great song! Thanks very much mate!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
WOW what a great song. My favourite from their first album. Love it when Jimmy comes in and we find out what painful blues all us working dudes are truly feeling!
Was this clip the same as Rage played the previous week? re#Bugger!!! I taped rage last Saturday for this 1978 Chisel special LIVE AT THE 2JJ STUDIO, ROCK ARENA and didn't get the end and most important part the Chisel part, can anyone tell me if they watched it and has the footage been shown before on t.v since August 27th1978? is it on TH-cam now? or can someone please upload it please? cheers Gezza
I have never seen this clip. Was it filmed at the same time as the Khe sanh one? Same bottle on the piano, Mossy is wearing the same shirt. Who cares. Awesome one of the best chisel songs. Thanks for the post.
One of the best songs of all time... OF ALL TIME!!!
10 out of 10 all round, and what a strat tone in that killer solo, doesn't get any better.
This is just a perfect song. Everything about it. ❤

This is a live video synced with the studio recording of this epic blues track. Notice the effortless perfect timing of this truly great rock band.

That fiesta red strat got refinished to a lovely wood colour. How do devalue a 80k guitar in one easy lesson.

Thanx for sharing this. An ole favourite of mine.
