Murkhana became a poverty stricken planet afterwards, overrun by crime syndicates. The only non-clone in the republic we know of that was present was Tarkin, and possibly several other officers, but they were not in command of the clones present, they were there to destroy the CIS shadowfeed facilities, which required a land invasion. Once they had left, the clones bombarded the planet.

Of course he flew C-130s (A large four engine transport aircraft.)so he didn't see much action although he did have a close call when the Iraqis started bombing the airport when he was holding short before departure. Then there was sometimes issues with the planes themselves like when a tachometer instrument (measures engine RPM) failed and the flight engineer fixed it simply by unscrewing the gauge and hitting it against the firewall. 😀
