Just realized that jesse sends kix to protect rex and kix speeds away but when he gets to rex its now hardcase. Then jesse shows up with hardcase and kix was the one with rex.
The scene in this compilation where Hardcase is the one to get back to Rex is the unused original version of the scene. In the actual episode Kix is the one to get back to Rex, not Hardcase.
@@CloneCommanderCrater1102 You are right but also i just watched the episode back and theres a close up of kix taking off Rex's helmet but its actually Hardcase. You can slightly see the blue line that goes down the cheek of his helmet that is from Hardcase's design.
@@nicholaspantoja8027 Yeah, that one shot is a leftover from this original version before they changed it to Kix for the fully released episode. For whatever reason, they didn't swap Hardcase's model for Kix's model in that one shot, despite doing so for all the other parts of that scene.
Considering that Kix gets unfrozen in the sequel trilogy era and all the millions of other clones pass away due to the growth acceleration, Kix won’t take it too well that he’s the last clone alive. Maybe, just maybe Omega and Boba are probably still around. But a miniseries of Kix getting captured by Dooku and was in stasis for so many years and then unfrozen by Sidon Ithano would finally let us see more of Kix since he was actually last seen in The Clone Wars S7 E1.
@@JoseMarquez-em5wi We already have that story told in the short story, The Crimson Corsair and the Lost Treasure of Count Dooku, which is a story that you can buy. I don't think we need a miniseries. If you ask me, if Star Wars Resistance had a third season or we had another show set in the sequel era, they could feature an appearance from Kix and Sidon's crew.
To this day, I feel like it was a missed opportunity to introduce him into the sequel trilogy. I’m sure none of the directors or producers know who the heck Kix is but someone from Star Wars could have brought it to their attention. It wouldn’t have saved the movie but it would have made it slightly better and connect the animated shows to the movies even more. Always a neat little thing how Anakin encouraged his clones to be individualistic, while most other battalions had no such concepts.

They made the team medic be part of the execution squad, that’s messed up.

Kix was only canonized as the last clone in a random book, but it wouldve been real nice to see something prequel related in the sequels
The sequels would have just committed a character assassination on the poor fellow.

That's a good question why he let his hair grow up again.
He grew out his hair to cover up the scar where he removed his inhibitor chip.
