This has completely changed my life in the last few weeks. I got to take this by accident when trying to find a sleeping supplement and the pharmacist recommended it.

but once i got up to 800mg dose because i had some complications my body started to reject
l theanine and it started to do the opposite and givee anxiety when i took it
I stopped it and my anxiety got very bad
It took 3 monthes to get it under control by just waiting it out
I have spoke to others thay have had similar issues with it

Many teas have caffeine in them, but in varying doses, which could be the trigger of your anxiety. I always recommend gradually removing caffeine from your diet over a 30 day period, then see how you feel. Many are surprised when their anxiety completely disappears.
